I have received an e-mail that my password has been changed even though I didn't change it. I contacted immediately Payoneer's contact center. They have checked me, told me that my balance is safe and gave me instructions about changing the password again. They were very professional and gave me precise answers.
Please take action faster as possible as soon.

At first I was waiting around for some information to be sent back to me from Payoneer. Once I realized the timing was taking way to long, I called and spoke to a representative on the phone. She was able to assist me with my need immediately.
The requirements are ridiculous. My business does not include collecting payments from other businesses. Just need something to get payments from my customers.
I'm US based and have been trying for many months to just make simple payments to contractors overseas and have had much dificulty. In one case I had to even open a new/different bank account! Also it is very difficult to get to support the links on the website are confusing. I will say, that once you do reach someone, they seem to be empathetic, but all in all there is too much friction in this service to make it seriously worth the effort.
It takes too much time to receive the payments and some payments got cancelled due to the documents requested from my clients. It should be more user friendly and quickly processed.
Unfortunately they have a bad email service, they are hard to respond to messages.

I had some security issues with my account and they were more than responsive when i reached out to them by email and by phone.
