I called Payoneer customer care and waited for only a minute before being connected to an agent which was very nice. During the call at some point I ran out call credit and the agent was kind enough to call me back, I appreciate good customer care keep it up guys

I am their customer and oh if you have a question or something at one point and looking for a quick fix, they suck at it. You send a mail to customer service (after taking about 15 mins just to be able to send a message from their terrible support page - you cannot mail them directly) they send you FAQ answers which didn't help in the first place. Same with the live chat. You wait for 35 mins on the queue just to receive an answer that says we are doing our best. No solutions no information as to why this happens!

So I have an upcoming transaction since 17th of September 2018 Monday and I need that money. But I am still waiting and today is 21st of September 2018 Friday (3-5 days that they mention has passed). I try messaging them no results. My teammates got their payments and I didn't and there is no reason for it, no information on it.
I am just waiting for their mercy and with no compensation of my losses due to this delay!
