It took me over 2 weeks to get my account verified mainly due to knock backs on my documentation.
In Japan we don't receive the same kinds of bank statements and utility bills that you get in the US and what the automation documentation verification expects. For the most part, support was not helpful (besides Abraham and Julia - Gold Stars), and my case got closed twice (either manually or automatically - not sure) without any update after asking for clarification on what documents I could provide.
