I was facing problems in account creation and was really frustrated because of that. I contacted customer care service of Payoneer. She understand my problem very well and guided me. I followed her instructions and solved my problem successfully
Payoneer has unjustly frozen my business account and withheld my funds, causing severe financial and operational harm. This is not only unethical but a blatant violation of U.S. financial regulations, banking laws, and consumer protection laws.
I recently experienced difficulty using a new payoneer card which I received in the mail to replace my expired card. The card declined several times even though I had money in my account. I tried unsuccessful to contact payoneer through their website but was only referred to an AI assistant which is not adequate for resolving these kind of issues, especially when you're trying to make an important payment. The telephone number for international account holders don't work. A chat bot to allow international account holders to reach a live agent would be helpful. There is no email address to register your problems. As an international account holder I feel helpless when issues arise.
