My rep Oneika was extremely helpful, professional and polite! We got disconnected while she placed me on hold for additional investigation into my issue and she promptly called me back! I was totally blown away by that and was not expecting it at all. I expressed my heartfelt appreciation to her for that as I was calling from Skype and had run out of Skype credit. Kudos to you Oneika! You're the best!
I had to request a replacement card and the Customer Service representative confidently walked me through the whole process, including verification. He did not sound like a robot, was friendly and made it feel like I was in a regular conversation and not like most Customer Service calls. I recommend it highly!

When a client creates an account with Payoneer, it can generally take 3 to 5 business days for the account to get reviewed and approved. However, this doesn't ensure the account will get approved in the designated time frame. If our department requires more information from you, you will need to provide it in order to proceed with the verification and approval of the account. Since we are regulated by the USA government, our department must follow strict guidelines in which documents they can accept. This even relates to the quality of the document itself. They can only accept high quality pictures or scanned copies of government issued photo IDs. There are cases in which some clients fail to meet these requirements, which in turn can lead to a longer approval time frame. However, it appears your account has already been approved and all documents have been verified.
