Customer's Call service centers should develop a quick time frame to attend to customer calls without any delay because i experience that when i called,,,, was like what are the customers care unit doing without attending to my calls which took a while before they could pick up.,,, They really need to improve as well.
The same account I have used with Payoneer since 2016 for VRBO payouts is still in use. I requested an IBAN number to be added in May 2019 and provided documentary proof. In January 2020 I discover I do not receive my payments. Payoneer claims I have no active account on file. Today 6. 1. 2020 I still have no confirmation that I will receive my payments.

Please be advised that you do have an active account with us, however it possible that when you contacted our support team there was some miscommunication. In order to find a clients Payoneer account that is linked with VRBO, they will need to provide the correct email written the correct format in order to be able to locate the account. We do see that there has been another bank account added to your account per your request. We want you to know that any transfers made to your account, can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to arrive. Please also note that Saturdays and Sundays Payoneer does not operate, as well as many of the intermediate banks we use. Your funds are still on their way to your local bank account. We ask you to kindly wait for the respective time frame. This is the standard time frame many of our clients are given.

I called in because I forgot my password and one of the verification details that I need to provide before I can update or change my password is to verify my number which I can't because I lost my phone along with the number. The reps that I talked to was very accommodating, I was asked security questions and when they were able to confirm that it is me, they gave me details on how to retrieve my account. I have been using Payoneer for years and I didn't see any big updates I had even to wait 2 days until I call the customer service to give me a response code which is not shown in my transaction history so I can verify my visa with a Freelance website.
The second issue is you removed the refresh button of the actual balance and I had to two around 10 ~ 20 mins until I see the upcoming transaction!.

Please note, that our number 1 job is to make sure our clients issue can get resolved. Our agents, make sure each call can have a resolution and clarification of what is going on. Many of our clients are not well immersed in our services, so they make sure everything is explained accurately and smoothly. Now, as you can see, this can cause long call times which in turn can cause long waiting times for other clients in queue. When our agents are not attending calls, they make sure the client's email and inquiries gets responded to and transferred correctly. They are constantly busy and multi-tasking, so any clients payments, inquiries, or requests get handled properly. We are a financial institution and these are payments that clients are expecting. So they are extra careful with what they do, so no mistakes occur or else delays can happen. We hope this gives you an insight as to why the waiting time for an agent to respond is long.
