I am a little disappointed, because this is my first time to use Payoneer and have followed all the steps asked in order for me to receive my pay from my employer. Now my salary still shows pending while all of my colleagues got theirs available. I have called Payoneer Customer Care and was told that everything's okay on my account as it was properly set up and said that the issue is on their end, but have it escalated and gave the assurance that after 2 hours the funds will show available on my account. Still waiting for the funds to be available.

Still waiting for verification of my bank account to start working. During registration it said: "usually it takes up to 3 days", but... It will soon be a full month since I registered, and still not there. Customer service said it's all right and I just have to wait more. Hope the problem will be resolved soon.

Payoneer customer support team is excellent. But the problem was not solved right now. If I get some resolution too soon, that's helpful for me.
I had been trying to resolve an issue i had been having connecting my account to Clickbank. I decided to call, got through to a rep in around 3 minutes and the rep was awesome! Very polite and I felt at all times that she was genuinely concerned and wanted to assist me!
I use Payoneer for my Airbnb payout method. Living in the Caribbean region signing up for an account is not straight forward as we deal with P. O. Box addresses and Payoneer recognizes only physical addresses. I had to call several times to get my account approved for them to ship me a card which take 10-28 days to receive. Of course this time frame is very inconvenient. I have also used Payoneer for my Homeaway payout method. This was very straight forward as it was a direct deposit into my bank account and didn't require a card to be ship- too many moving parts!
Payoneer is a functional service and handles payments well enough, but there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $50, so if you've made less than that and aren't going to make any more, there's no way to access that money you earned without ordering a Payoneer card, which costs money. The service is functional, but the idea of a minimum withdrawal for money you worked to earn is ridiculous.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!

There are times where clients might not submit the correct information, which in turn will make our department request the correct documents via email. Communication via email can vary as this depends on the clients end. Response times can be anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.
