I've been trying to verify my bank account since December, and the instructions kept asking me to upload bank statements, which I did. However, every time I uploaded the document, it was rejected, with the same reason each time. I even tried uploading statements from different months, but the result was the same. Eventually, I went to the bank and asked them to print and stamp the statement, but it was still rejected. Thankfully, the bank teller informed me that I should request a bank account verification letter. I did that and uploaded it, and my account was finally approved.
Had there been clear instructions about the specific documents needed, it would have saved both your customer representatives' time and mine. I've called at least 20 times—each time after uploading a document—and I was always told that I would receive an email once it had been reviewed. If the representatives were trained on the exact document requirements, it could have prevented these repeated calls to Payoneer.
I also believe that the email you send, explaining why the document wasn't approved, should contain clear instructions on what needs to be submitted. I hope this situation can be corrected so that no other customers experience this inconvenience. Because of this issue, Payoneer flagged my account with Walmart, resulting in my account being suspended. I hope you will take this as a constrictive feedback. Thank you
Not good I made 2 international payments in October 2024 to my developers and both payments disappeared into thin air. When calling customer service they could not see any history of transactions even though I sent screenshots of the payments being processed. Only today 14th February 2025, 4 months later have Payoneer located my lost payment a now I am waiting for the funds to arrive back in my account. This is outrageous and something that needs to be properly investigated and addressed.

My funds were blocked because of a pending verification, even though my account was fully verified in 2019. Every document I submitted was rejected.
