I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Payoneer. My funds have been inaccessible for over four weeks, and my submitted documents are still "under review" with no updates. On top of that, a canceled payment has not been returned to the sender.
I have reached out to customer support multiple times, only to receive vague reassurances with no real action. Even after they claimed to have escalated my case, I was completely ignored in follow-up emails. No response, no resolution—just silence.
This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable for a financial service handling people's money. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to warn others. If you're considering using Payoneer, think twice—you may find yourself in a situation where your money is held hostage, and support refuses to help.
I expect immediate action from Payoneer, but based on my experience so far, I won't hold my breath. Avoid this company at all costs!

Your process is very complicated. A whole month and still counting for an account to be fully functional. Why approve a bank statement then reject it afterwards?! Why must I create a new account to be able to receive payments just because I didn't provide a URL that describes my type of business in the registration process?! One of my worst experiences with any platform I've ever dealt with.
