ID copies nightmare

Trying to send copies of my ID was a nightmare. I sent copies of different forms of ID 6 times and always I received a request for a further copy because the copy wasn't clear enough.

Currently, forwarding in multiple departments is delayed by more than 2-3 days. I would like to present the work as current. Which is faster than beforeEasier account or identity verification

Currently, my account status has not been approved. I waited for the accounting department to proceed with it for 1 night in contact to request a review after the initial 3 days of application.

I have had two issues since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis and they were there for me, committed and reliable in their efforts to assist. Amazing Service from Jeannine!

Jeannine was an absolute breath of fresh air. Everyone that I have spoken to has been nice to me but she went above and beyond and that is rare these days. I really appreciate her time today and it was a great pleasure speaking with her. She was genuinely concerned about my issues and made sure I felt heard and understood.
