Very bad response to my queries, or to be precise- there is no response for several days now.

Had my fund on pending for some days, I was told to upload some documents to get it approved, which I did. Called them to inform them about the upload and they were able to confirm my received payment
I called in not sure how to really express what I needed. The CSR was patient and understanding and provided exemplary service. Some of the info I got today, I didn't even realize I would eventually need and she offered it. That saved me time in having to call back when I got to that point of my transactions. Payoneer provides the best source to money exchange from different freelance sites like fiverr and Freelancer. I like most its exchange rates which is almost equal to market rates.
I joined Payoneer under a promotion from my employing company, where Payoneer promised me $50 for joining.

My case has "been escalated to specialist support and supervisors" but still nothing.

I called about my verification. The first agent/representative I talked to was Rocco. He said that I just need a clear photo of my SSS ID so I did. It wasn't accepted due to there's no Date of Birth on the ID. So, I resubmitted the SSS ID with my Tax Identification Number ID with my Date of Birth on it so they can cross reference it with the original ID (SSS) I submitted earlier.
I am just trying to get paid here, with all the COVID-19 that's going on, I am working from home and I am just trying to get paid. I hope you guys won't make it too hard for us to get paid through your platform.
Hope to hear from you guys soon. The last agent/representative I talked to was Melinda and she gave me this Reference Number: *******-XXXXXX. She did what she could for me & I appreciate that. But still, the issue is still pending resolution. I sure hope it gets resolved and that I get paid in the midst of this pandemic.

Quick and easy I'm glad it didn't take that long to get to customer service and that my question was answered.
The response to my call was prompt, I do not need to wait for long time on queue, it was more than I imagined.
Overall it was good. The most awesome experience was that I had not to wait in queue so long as we have to in live chats. Infact I was first in the queue. Issue was also resolved and the representative was also very professional but the time he took to check details was too long.
I had an issue with the documents I submitted for verification. I called the Customer Service hotline and a representative assisted me. She was kind and courteous and helped me get my issues resolved during the call. I can say that Payoneer has one of the best customer service.
