Only issue i have so far is setting up payoneer account...
I had to go and return to my bank so many times because every service / feature (receiving/transfering money, ordering a master card etc.) requires some kind of confirmation, mostly from bank.
I was in the bank so offten the lady working there remmembered my birth date...
It would have been nice to know what is required in advance for complete payoneer setup so that there is no annoying forth and back that takes away alot of patience and more importantly time.
Everything besides that setup is fine, customer support great even.

I understand that certain procedures take time and must be followed carefully, but I want to give special recognition to one representative in particular — Pricel (or Princess) — who went above and beyond. She not only listened patiently but also provided a temporary solution that helped me continue with what I needed while the full process was being resolved. Her dedication, empathy, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a frustrating situation much more manageable. Kudos to her and to Payoneer for having such committed support team members.
