I typically don't leave these reviews but after being cared for by Sophie, I had to. She immediately let me know what the concerns were with my account and helped me to resolve it (after verification of course). I was literally on the brink of tears (of joy) that she was able to address and resolve my concerns in less than 20 minutes. (And I'm not sure how many people with the name Sophie work there at Payoneer but this one if for my Sophie.)
Payoneer should hire more employees like her to improve their customer support and make customers happy.
I first spoke to someone on live chat named Will. Very rude and it was disturbing. This person showed no remorse for what was happening and refused to understand in simple laymans terms but then i spoke to a woman on call. She was amazing, the best. She was kind. Gave me time to speak. She listened and understood me. She should be the only one with the job of helping people. The rest should be fired. I love the way she handled me and my situation. I really wish she receives a bonus and all benefits the world has to offer. I was sad but she made me happy.

Ive already been verified twice. And they ask for verification 3rd time after been a valid user for years. And due to this my incoming payments is being delayed and I need my money. Quit with the long unnecessary verifications. Or at least if your requesting information speed up the process and stop impeding the process of receiving my incoming payments This I bad for my business

Payoneer provides a great service for payments with an easy and fast process. Its representatives are quite friendly and understanding. Thank you all.
I've sent countless emails and requests to payoneer but not one person responded I've been waiting for 6 days for my bank account to be approved so I can make a withdrawal but by the looks of it, they're not interested in keep their customers satisfied or providing good customer service. If they don't sort out this issue I'm going back to Paypal. It extremely disappointing that I work hard for my money and I when I want to withdraw I can't. I trusted the company believing that they're trustworthy by they're clearly not.

Payoneer maybe is understaffed or their customer service staff is really taking a long time to send a reply.
I almost forgot what my issue was--- yes! That's how it takes to get a reply from them. I actually thought they just ignore their customer's messages and/or complaints
