Hello payoneer team, you are the BEST. Pls i have a problem with document veryfications. Already i put all document needs for banks. Already i have a bank in my country and this bank is ( credins bank) first i sent my document that i received when i open a card bank. It is not accepted from you like a document veryfication. And sencond way i sent acreenshot of my profile account credins bank that including *URL, FULL NAME and NR ACCOUNT BANK* AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED TOO. Now it is my last senting and it is still review from you it is a PDF file i exporing from history of my bank (credins bank) last 3 month transactions. HOPE THIS IS THE DOCUMENT THAT NEED ACCEPTED FROM YOU. HOPE IT WILL SOLVED COZ I NEED YOUR VIRTUAL BANK COZ YOU ARE THE BEST AND IF THERE NEED SOMETHING ELSE ANY OTHER DOCUMENT PLS TELL ME AND HOPE THIS MY LAST DOCUMENT WILL SOLVED THIS PROBLEM.

Overall, I am using Payoneer since 2017.
There are very high fees to be paid using Payoneer card.
Now my problem is that Payoneer is really inconvenient for what is offering, not only monetary but also the process.
A utility bill used to verify the delivery address, a DHL label used to receive goods from all over the world is no longer valid. I must show the ID card with the delivery address on it and this must be not older than 3 months. A government ID is issued every 10 years and the delivery address is not on it. Banks are closed to use a bank statement. So it is really complicated. I do work 16 hours per day and in the end of the day I do not have that time to run behind the unreasonable requests of Payoneer.
I think payoneer ask very unnecessary things at the payer end due to which many of payments get stuck and that is the cause of anxiety for me.
Payment disbursement and receiving made as simple as possible with simple & minimal identification proof verification process at very acceptable comission rates.
Josh was very efficient and explained the problem that I was having very well and it was easy to understand. I will make sure to get him on the line every time I need some help in the future

It was very hard to find the phone number to talk to support. After more than one hour of searching. I have phoned it. Hopefully, my problem will be sorted soon.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
