I am really happy to using Payoneer account from Bangladesh. It is a really great process to get payments from clients. Helping people a lot in my country to get payments So much quickly
It took 2 months to order the card. Then after many live chats to discover that DHL normal post went straight to SA post Office and disappeared. I ordered the card and paid $40. The customer care used an old address even after I had updated my details. Did not confirm address but sent 3 rd card. I called in before card could be shipped and requested change. 4 th card was now ordered and customer care after confirming 3rd card would not be sent - I received a confirmation from DHL to say its on its way. - I am excited to say that I have finally received my card. Anna from Payoneer was very supportive and although the customer service chat were annoying in not getting down to the root of the problem. I can say that everyone was kind and poilte.
Its good so far lets see what happens because waiting on approval to see if I can order my card and start getting paid

I was unable to receive a link to view my pin for my Payoneer card. After requesting a new link several times, I called an agent and was able to resolve the problem very fast. The agent was very professional and polite.
I appreciate that, whenever I have a query, I can phone the international line at Payoneer and be answered by an actual person very quickly. That person has always very quickly and professionally resolved my query.

I've been using Payoneer as a payout method for Patreon for some time, without issues. Initial set-up worked fine. I verified my address with documents as required. However, recently, when I tried to add a new bank account, my verification methods were being repeatedly rejected without an obvious reason. There appears to be multiple issues with their system:
1. Verification is not completed within 3 days as per what they state.
2. Filing a support ticket results in the verification being rejected and the cycle started again.
3. Support tickets are marked as "Solved" the moment they are submitted, suggesting that their support system is broken.
4. Only once was a reason given for a document rejection. Even when I called them, they couldn't explain why the system kept telling me that validation was required.
5. The site has numerous issues, ranging from having to log in again to submit a help ticket, to the "reason" menu system having browser rendering issues.
Update: The issue was resolved a day after calling them and complaining. Even though they said I'd have to wait until Monday, I received an email on the Saturday after the call with an apology and my bank account approved.

Every now and then there's an issue with any app, their cs has proven to be on top of issues and haven't let me down.
My Payoneer Account was blocked because as described by the agent, I have multiple accounts.
The agent sounded so impatient, almost rude, and interrupts me while explaining my concern which made me feel a bit stupid.
The issue was resolved though, so Thank you.

Answer: Definitely a scam, they are not listed on the The Mastercard Compliant Service Provider List of which anyone can view and download directly from Mastercard https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/merchants/safety-security/security-recommendations/service-providers-need-to-know.html If Payoneer is legit why isn't it on the list like Paypal and alllll the other legit companies? It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
