It was not too good not too bad but I want to suggest one thing that you have to add Hindi language for customer service because in India many people speak hindi and it is difficult to talk in English and you have to do one more thing that when in payoneer that even I dont receive the money but the payoneer show your transaction is completed even we didn't receive the money we receive money after four or six hours after the message I request you to make such provision to current time message when we receive money then a another separate message come to us that you have received money to your personal bank account
In Bangladesh paypal is not allow so i have to create a payoneer account but i think i have made a good decision payoneer community are really great.
Without first sending me any notice email requiring verification, payoneer locked me out of my account, meaning that I won't receive my pay this month, trying to get my account reinstated has been a nightmare. The only reason I use payoneer is because my company uses them to pay me.

I always sent money to my wife for their living allowance. The money was put on hold for 24hrs already before they answer her why. She called payoneer earlier to ask and rep said to wait 1-2bd. He could have said at that time that she needs to reverify her account so we could have work on something than waiting for 24hrs. Its my kids vaccine yesterday and this happens at a perfect timing :(
Now she just resend them ID that she always send them. She's been with Payoneer before me and thats almost 4yrs now. Now the type of ID that she have is no longer acceptable.
She cant get Drivers Id because she don't drive and she can't get passport because she won't fly. Do we have to get ID's that are not necesary in our life just for Payoneer?
I asked if NBI is possible or police clearance but NO. She dont have SSS GSIS &UMID IS because she do not have those. How could you get something you do not use. Yes she dont pay sss bec she dont have sss and she dont need sss so as gsis and umid. She dont have postal id too since we do not use postoffice services. Why get ID that we do not use!
Its covid and its hard to get ids in the philippines and you guys are making it harder.

Been using Payoneer since 2017 and never faced any problems. I'd like to thank Payoneer for giving freelancers like myself a platform where we can receive our payments safe and secured.

I had a problem with my card. It was frozen.
I must say that I called few times and all the representatives were really polite and helped me with the issue
They resolved every issue with in a day some time it's take two days
The reason why I decided to accept payments through Payoneer was because a friend of mine recommended your app. Good enough that I already have a Payoneer account. I used to use PayPal; however, because of the recommendation from my friend, we changed to Payoneer, and lo and behold, first and second payments, made by my clients are on hold, and now im worried that the VA's would be paid late for this month.
