I had a very bad experience with your app. Firstly it restricted me to receive 2 step code on my registered phone number which I have been using from past 1 year and receiving all sorts of code on the same no. Then you'll did not allow to visit your live chat option when a customer is logged out of the account. Now you tell me how come a customer will contact your live support if he/she is not able to login the app due to code issue and you are asking to contact live support but does not allow to continue even we are not logged into the account. What sort of SOP is this? I was about to cancel my account from you'll if this was not resolved.
My experience this morning was nothing short of great. I appreciate everybody for their help and guidance because I was having multiple issues with trying to get a new card and change my phone number.
