I haven't received the glasses yet. I have tried to find out where they are, but the site doesn't have that information or a way to retrieve it. I have received 1 email stating that the glasses were being inspected for shipment. This was on July 4th. Until I see the glasses and try them on I can't rate them.

The glasses are too small…I thought they would be larger instead they are a children's size

Neither prescription is useable, and I didn't purchase your guarantee. I have a dr. appointment late this month and will ask them to check these glasses. The prescription I sent you was about 10 months old, so as of now I don't know if lenses are at fault or if my sight has changed that much.

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses, mostly pleased with both. One of the frames fit too loosely, probably too big for my face because it kept slipping down--it needed Croakie sling to secure stems to stay in place on ears and keep frame snug on face. The other frame was smaller and fits better, no need for Croakies. Overall, impressed by the quality and cost of these glasses.

This is my second year using Payne glasses and I plan on using them for many years to come! Love their products!

Great glasses frame and it came so fast! This is my second pair from Payne and it's always been a great experience!

I love everything about them! I ordered the wrong size at first and was able to do a one-time exchange for another pair and they fit perfect! I got the premium progressive and that makes all the difference if you use dual computer monitors. I also added the transition to sunglasses and love that feature as well. I didn't invest in the more expensive transitioning but might in the future.

My experience was perfect. My glasses arrived quicker than I could order and receive them from the optometrist, they're perfectly fine, and priced amazingly well. I got 4 pairs of glasses (2 regular, 2 sunglasses) with many add ons for $100 less than I could buy one pair from my optometrist AFTER insurance. I'm thoroughly pleased.
