This company does not have customer service at all, they have talked to me so rudely and condensending every chance they get. I am embarrassed for them and their company. I hope they truly receive better training or are bought out by owners who have hearts. You can see all communication on the BBB website. I truly hope they change their ways and realize for some people having glasses to see at a decent price is a necessity, and when people can't see out of their glasses and don't have the fund to purchase more and are left with being talked down to is truly wrong on everyevel for a business.
So far I have loved my purchases from you. I have ordered several pair now and have always been happy. My glasses arrive in a week or 2. I have recommended you to friends and relatives

Now that I have the glasses and have worn them for a bit, I'm very satisfied. They are light and I love the pink and clear frames, my boyfriend said the frames are not obscuring my natural beauty like darker frames have done in the past.

Price and speed are good, but don't expect you can get a pair of glasses works well without adjustment.
I recently ordered two pairs of prescription glasses, one clear (photo sensitive) and one sunglasses. The order was filled in a reasonably time and the finished product was very good. The quality for the price is great. I spent $71.00 for two pairs and I am very pleased with both. I would suggest that you take the time to read the directions. Even, measure your existing glasses to make sure you buy the correct size for you. The web site is very user friendly with everything you need to make a great purchase.

Originally I ordered a pair of Karl Rectangle and Bluff glasses but due to an error in the prescription I returned them and ordered 2 pair of Karl Rectangle. I received them a week later and they were very good.
Payne was best able to fill my prescription needs for progressive lenses

I talked to a customer service rep and she told me that i would be getting a full refund, however weeks later I only got 40% of the total cost the took the rest. This seems to be theft tome, especially after I'm told I would get a full refund then get charged 60%. Not a fan.
