We have been in business since 2008 and have been buying OEM parts from another source and they were about the same price if not a bit cheaper but hard to deal with for returns and any product questions and following up on orders. I wish I had came on board with partzilla long time ago, they are very courteous and extremely helpful on the phone for whatever reason we make the call someone always answers and knows the answer... awesome place to buy parts from if you are an independent motorcycle shop and in need of OEM parts... Now I wish they sold BMW and Ducati OEM parts ;)

I have used Partzilla a few times. I gave them four instead of five stars, because a couple of times the part showed in stock but was not. The service is great. When this happens I am notified and the order is corrected. I understand that some of the parts I am looking for are for old units, early 90's. But I would like to say, some of their competitors do offer non- OEM options. Which works well for some of the parts I need. Like screws/bolts, washers and nuts. Other sites have them, non-OEM but are to factory specs/size and they work fine. It would be nice if they would offer this option.

The web site will state they have the parts. When you call a rep, they too we state they have the parts, But after you order and purchase them they will send you a message stating "your order has been delayed due to availability and its going to take a month before you will receive your order". Then if you call them they tell you "you cannot have your money back," because I'm an unruly customer. A month later when I receive a message stating that my order has been shipped they don't provide me with a tracking number and refuse to give me one when I call to get one. NEVER AGAIN

I was not going to do a review, but the emails kept coming so I did. I ordered an ECU for my ATV based on part lookup. Received part and it had 2 connectors where mine had one. Battled and battled and battled to get a return. Was told repeatedly this was the correct part for my machine. Finally had to go to Polaris who tried to dismiss this out of hand saying I was dealing with an aftermarket vendor etc. Persistence finally paid off and I was able to return without having to file a dispute with card company.

I ordered parts that were apparently in stock only to find out after i ordered they weren't. To add to this the delivery date moved out twice. I contacted Partziila to request they send out the in stock parts and then the delayed parts later at their cost, as this was their fault, but they refused. Very disappointed and won't be using them again. Buyers should be aware that even though Partzilla might say the items are in stock they actually may not be.

Whenever a part on our site is listed as "In Stock" then you can be sure the part is in our warehouse and ready to be shipped immediately. On the other hand, whenever a part is listed as "Ships In... Days", this means that we do not have the part in one of our state of the art storage facilities and that is the estimated time it will take for the order to arrive at our warehouse. We rely on the manufacturer's shipping estimates and despite our best efforts, sometimes the manufacturer comes back with inaccurate information. We hope you will give us another opportunity.

I work on allot of different bikes. Couldn't" do what I do without them. Just wish they sold Harley parts.

My order was held up by a $5 part. I had put in an order with all the items supposedly available. There was one $5 part that was not in their inventory. Partzilla held my order from being processed. It was a week before I noticed it. It took 3 weeks to get my parts. Very frustrating when you can't use your vehicle because your waiting almost a month to get your order.

First order i bought was only ship a week after because 1 parts was not available they never told me on day 2 i made another order they should have combine my 2 order together but they did not they charge me full price. Anyway after a week it suppose to be ship i look with ups and they still waiting for the package that is week 2 im very piss right now i use to buy oem parts with them once in a while but now im done there alot more website where you can buy oem parts out there. Regarding combined shipping, that is always available as an option for customers to save money, however, it will mean the package will not ship to you until all items you are ordered are in-house, which may result in further delays.
