Ordered a rear tail fairing and a speedo. Tail fairing didn't take too long, but the speedo... I paid expedited for both. Speedo said ships in 3-6.7th or 8th day, I'm notified that the item is backordered and won't ship for another 2 months. I hope it comes earlier and they just under deliver to beat expectation. $520 in limbo. Ughh

Placed my order on the 13th delivery due on the 20th. Called them on the 26th and they said seems to be lost and we will look into it (Tracer). Called back on the 30th and they said they would reorder it and ship it. Called them back on the 8th and they said they were still looking for it.
Cancelled the order. Now I need to wait one week for a refund of something I never got..

The prices were on par with everyone else, but the site stated "fast shipping and processing". I waited about 4 days before asking if my items would be shipped out. They sent me a tracking number that looked to valid, but still had not received my items after 9 days. I sent in 3 more emails and no one has gotten back to me.

As others stated since covid 19 partszilla can barely even function. I see so. E much lip service from csr on here but little action. So I'm leaving my review to warn you before you make the mistake others have.
The price might be better but the service isnt. I ordered 3 parts. One on back order. Now normally you would think the in stock parts would automatically ship out to ya know... take care of customers. Nope, had to call in to tell them how to do their job.
Next the parts in stock were marked as shipped but uos shows no status. So I wait on hd FOR AN HOUR to basically be told they have no idea and will "follow up".
You came blame covid all you want but rocky mountain has sent 3 orders in the time that you haven't sent one...
I dont think this company will be able to keep pace in today's competitive market. Spend the extra $$$ at revzilla, they actually care.

I'm confused as to how it takes 11 days for something to ship from Albany, GA to Summerville, SC. Then it goes to the post office and I wait 3 to 5 more days! I could have driven to get the part. I should have stayed with what I was familiar with and ordered from ebay or amazon. The big "fast shipping " on their page got my attention. Definitely a big crock of deception! Never again Partzilla

I ordered a part for my motorcycle was told it would ship on a specific date I even paid expedited shipping to get it within 1-3 days it is now almost 2 weeks later and I have recieved nothing I check the website it now says order is being processed for 3 days I call both customer service numbers and after their automated message I get hung up on there's no email address on the website which the automated message says to contact them by it is ridiculous that I paid 11 dollars more to expedite my shipping and still 2 weeks later have recieved nothing this will be the last time I ever order from this company

It took nearly a month to receive the part I needed get my bike back on the road. The riding season is mighty short in Minnesota. This lethargic service made the riding season even shorter.

I orderd 6 bolts for my 06 honda shadow said parts are in stock everytime i try and check my shipping status it says preparing order. Orderd these parts on 05-09-20 said they would ship the 14th it is now the 23rd and still hasnt shipped at this rate i wont ever get these bolts called customer service and got the big speil about covid-19 and that my parts would be shipped in a couple more days getting tired of waiting...

I purchased a part for my Son's ATV 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing from them. It was supposed to have shipped out 1 week ago but it didn't. No shipping confirmation email, no tracking number, and now reduced hours to call over the phone and an auto response email stating they will be taking up to 3-4 business days to respond to my email. Placed order on 5/1, all parts showing in stock. Email said will ship on 5/7. No shipping info after that and it did not ship. Sent two emails with no reply. When you finally speak to someone on 5/12 its magically in the shipping process and will be shipped in a few days..

If you need OEM parts for your motorcycle, Partzilla.com has them. Need an aftermarket upgrade to your bike, partzilla.com has it too (most likely). Great price, great delivery times, and excellent customer service. You can't go wrong buying from them.

I've always received the correct parts and have had no issues with quality. I've ordered mostly OEM Honda with a smattering of Yamaha and Polaris for spice and always get what I need. I have, however, experienced the IN-STOCK but not really IN-STOCK situation that others have commented on. Hasn't really caused any issues in my case but it would be nice if that part of the website could be more accurate. I always recommend Partzilla (especially for Honda) when asked so keep up the good work!

Paid for fast service (first order (11-*******) was a bit late. Made a second order (11-*******) ordered on Friday the third by their email was to be shipped Tuesday the 4th, did not. Called Wednesday the 5th no answer no call back. Called Friday the 7th and waited on hold for 3 hours 7 minutes only to be hung upon without acknowledgment.

We are sorry about the delay of your order. Due to coronavirus related difficulties our warehouse is running a few days behind on receiving parts. COVID-19 has affected every company differently. Even Amazon is shipping everything non-essential several days behind.
At this time all orders are shipping with a 3-4 day delay. That means in-stock parts that would normally ship same-day are shipping 3 or 4 business days later. This is due to required safety procedures, including mandatory reduction in staffing and more space between workers and stations.
