I ordered a part that Partzilla claimed to have in stock. The order stayed in "Preparing Order" status for three days even though I paid for expedited shipping. When I called to see what the problem was, I had to wait for a call back. An hour later I received a call back. The rep said she was limited as to what she could do but would send an email to shipping. I said I paid for expedited shipping but was not getting expedited service. The rep asked..."Would you like to cancel the order or what? I said yes let's cancel. Then the rep said she could not cancel the order but would send an email to shipping. This was a very bad experience with both ordering and customer support. I will not order again from Partzilla.
Yeah, your customer service rep cancels my order but doesn't issue a refund, what a joke. I had to call back and request a refund. Now the rep tells my it will take some time, could be up to 15 biz days she said. I wish I had never heard of partzilla but I will do my best to ensure others don't suffer from your poor customer service. I am post on every review site that I can find and on social media. STAY AWAY FROM PARTZILLA.

Went to this site found the parts I needed. Some parts said out of stock thank God I didn't need those. Ordered my parts paid the 9.95 for FAST shipping. Well after 5 days checked the status and it said one of the parts wouldn't be available for another 3 days. Didn't say anything was out of stock when I ordered. Guy told me they could have had the parts when I ordered them but they could have been sold the same day? Hey, guys stop running your business like the flintstones and buy a computer! That way when someone orders the part and PAYS for it the part gets deducted from inventory! Well anyway I ordered parts on the 5th it's the 14th now bought the parts on amazon ATV is back together guy told me I couldn't get a refund because the parts are sitting at the warehouse guess you haven't heard of filing a fraud case with the bank for products paid for and never received!

We are sorry to read your review. We try to be as transparent as possible with the status of our parts and we are sorry the way we labeled the parts was confusing. Just to clarify, whenever a part is labeled as "In Stock" it means we have it in our storage centers ready to be shipped to you. Whereas when a part "Ships in 1-2 Days" or "Ships in 2-3 Days," it means that we don't currently have the part available but we will order it from the manufacturer immediately and deliver it to you. We hope this clears up the situation and that you will give us another chance.
Fast shipping should be removed from their website description, still waiting on parts to complete my project. Place a call and it says they are having high volumes of them and will get back to you---imagine that.

I ordered some parts and paid for Next day air. It took these clowns a week to process my In Stock parts order and then send it out and then UPS said the package was damaged when it was almost to me and sent it back to Sender... Then it took 3 weeks for these clowns to give me a refund stating that they had to process the return first. The shipment went from Florida to Florida - Literally 2 days for shipping at the slowest... These guys to idiots.

I had ordered replacement speakers for my motorcycle around 6:00 pm. Partzilla immediately took the money off my credit card. The next morning I get an email stating the parts were not available. I called customer service to verify and was told the order had been cancelled and I could expect my money back in 5-7 business days. You would think their website would state it if the parts were no longer available. Nope just take the money. Won't happen again. Found the same speakers on Amazon cheaper! ( I will update on how long it takes to receive my refund)

Part came in damage/apart/took two weeks to receive new one/canceled ordered/no refund two weeks later called customer service the will send to info to credit dept/still no response/still no refund as of 8/11/2020/ canceled first part on 7/23/2020 second part returned and they received on 8/03/2020 and still no credit payment back yet/ called number of times said 3 to 5 days and then said 5 to 7 to be credited my advise use Rocky Mountain ATV/MC and get better service

I ordered twice in the same day.(June 23rd)The first shipment came in and everything was fine. The second held at accepted at the originating post office. I wait two weeks and call to ask if they shipped and they said they did so I wait one more week. Nothing. So I call back on the following Monday and ask them to have it here by the weekend or I'm cancelling and ordering from elsewhere. The guy said not a problem. That weekend came and went with no parts. I call back on the following Tuesday to cancel my order because I ordered the parts from Rocky Mountain(which was cheaper, customer service was better and my parts showed up when they should of) and the lady said okay well I see they didn't process it so I'll go ahead and do that. No I want a refund. I got my parts from Rocky Mountain and still waiting on these crooks to give me my money back.
Long story long. If you want to wait on parts and not ride choose partzilla. If you want to have terrible customer service and lose money on parts these are your guys.

I purchased two oem kawasaki parts from partzilla after reading the description that said "ships in 3-6 business days. Shortly after ordering I received an e-mail saying "Backordered no ETA". Its been over a month and I still have not received any parts. I like using partzilla, but their in stock/shipping descriptions are misleading.

I've never had a problem with partzilla, even when ordering for different bikes in the same order. Everything arrives quickly and in good condition.

Ordered decals for a jet ski on July the 14th get ship notification (UPS) on the 20th track the package and says sticker has been generated and has not left the warehouse. They took my money on the 15th. E-mailed them three times, 0 response, called there customer service number and was told I was 115th in line with a 1 hour+ hold time, did not wait. Today is July 28th and I still don't have my order and may never. I would have given them a 0 rating but that was not available.
Do yourself a favor and purchase from a real company, any company that has 115 customers on hold for problems with their orders should be avoided.

Ordered parts for my motorcycle saying that the parts were in stock. I waited 3 days for it to ship out but instead I get an email saying one of the parts were on back order with no eta on when it was going to be in. I call the company and get in an hour and twenty five min queue. Makes me really crabby when a company is so prompt to take your money but then you have to fight to get it back.

I ordered 2 small parts 2 weeks ago due to their statement that they shipped within 24 hours. 1 week later I got the package and one part was missing. I immediately called them and they said they would expedite the order and I should get it in a couple of days. Another week goes by and I get an email saying that my part was shipped yesterday (six days after they said it would be here in a couple of days). I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and won't be ordering from them again.
