I have ordered from partzilla for many different parts and I have never had a problem. Fast shipping and communication.
I am a bit disappointed with the advertising of shipping being"FREE" with a purchase over 150.
I ordered a fender for a 05 Honda TRX for 260, and they came back with shipping for the piece and other items at an additional $431.
I could see a reasonable charge for an awkward item like that but 431. I even split the item off in its own and you still wanted and additional 175.
Both of these charges seem quite excessive.

I had an order that should not had any shipping charges. I received an email stating that there was an additional charge for shipping of $310.00. I called and asked what the charges were for, and I was told that it was an administrative decision.
I canceled that order and reordered the same parts and there was no shipping charge..

I Placed 2 Orders On March 19,2024, But Still Have Not Got Either Order Yet! A Lot Of Times You Show To Have A Part Number In Stock, But After I Place The Order, That Item Goes On Backorder Because You're Inventory Was Off & You Did Not Have It In Stock. Usually That Holds Up The Complete Order Which May Have 20 Other Items On It. I Usually Have To Call & Cancel That Item Just To Get You Send Me The Remaining Parts I'm Waiting For On That Order. The Customer Service On The Phone Is Usually Great!
Item was new- not a 'rental', well packed, in pristine condition and very competitively priced; our experience was absolutely perfect.
