I have been a long time customer and for the last 2 years I have trusted partzilla to provide parts for my repair shop! I have used all the different companies. Partzilla has had my back more than anyone else, they are usually sending my parts out very fast and if something is not in stock or if the status changes they send email right away. They are also just a call away if I have a question and always helpful, never rude or trying to give me a run around like so many others are known for.

I think the US Postal service has lost my order. This was shipped using UPS "Mail Innovations" where UPS handles it part of the way, and then it is turned over to the USPS for the final delivery. My order shows stuck in Morrow GA--- so the USPS has never acknowledged receipt of the package from UPS. I have sent two emails to Partszilla, no response yet.
Had fast shipping and order was correct. Prices were good and shipping was reasonable.
Being a personal mechanic to a wonderful customer for going on 9 years, it's been absolutely necessary I get him the correct part for his machine. Partzilla has been there for all his machines, on track or water, and to have a question and speak to a Human is how they do buisness.

Why should it take over a week to receive an order from Georgia to Lexington Kentucky there is no reason I can think of except bad way to ship.
My speedo wasn't working on my bike after diagnosis I found out my speedo cable had spun its last spin. So I hopped on here and found one that matched it. Couldn't get any closer to original then what I ordered

In the past it has taken a considerable amount of days before the orders shipped. You apparently are now turning orders around in 1 day and I receive them in 2 to 3 days.
