After I place my order on line and paying through PayPal I noticed that PayPal had the wrong address and my parts were going to my old house address. I called customer service and got all the help I needed to cancel that order and reorder ( the only way to do it if paid through PayPal) to the correct address. Quick, easy, no hassle.
Always saying 2-3 days and charging for expedited shipping and using the cheapest parcel possible even though customer pays the extra for expedited shipping

A lot of parts say unavailable. Doesn't give you a superseded number. I have to google the old part to find the superseded number.

I suppost of got a OEM belt for my 2017 arctic cat 500 4 wheel drive,but it sure don't look to durable,but We gonna See Personally I have went through stronger belts than this one and it did last Ethier so this belt is my last Time If it breaks in the next 2 years its gone

I was able to find the parts I needed. However, I tried to cancel my order about 4 hours after placing it because I found the part locally. I was told the order was already "in process" and I could not be refunded. It then took almost 5 days to recieve it. I was mostly frustrated I couldn't cancel the order and had to wait as long as I did for the part. I did appreciate they use genuine OEM parts though.
