Dealer kept saying part was in back order with no ETA. After 2wks I went to partzilla and had it drop shipped. Partzilla had 8 in stock. Don't know what the dealer orders from but I had the part there within 2 days and my boat back a day after that.

I recently acquired two 1996 Yamaha big bear 350s and decided to redo them. I Searching around for parts, which can sometimes be harder to find for these older four wheelers. I found the part that I needed and placed the order. Everything went fine and part arrived in a timely fashion. I will be using them to purchase other parts.
This isn't even just for this order. My last multiple orders parts have said in stock until the confirmation email. Once I get the confirmation emails it says "Available on month, year". Lately the time to place an order to the time it ships has become rather slow as well.

Partzilla had an issue with a part I needed. It didn't show the superceed... and didn't list the qty needed. I was reimbursed for a part I didn't need... sent the part I did need... and wasn't charged shipping. Usually, the schematics are spot on. Little hiccup this time.
