AAFTER ALL THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I SPENT, I HAVE TO PAY 10 DOLLARS TO RETURN A 24 DOLLAR PARTS. LATER.
I spoke with a knowledgeable and patient technician about my 2001 foreman rubicon 500, he had first hand experience with them. I learned a lot! I installed the carb and it started right up… but I have other mechanical problems, looks like I'll be calling back….
When fixing things, i try to find hard to licate parts and as cheap as possible, and partzilla has that.

Ordered parts for an older ATV and they have a large amount of parts that other suppliers were out of. Prices were pretty good as well.
The partis perfect, but the only thing I was not happy about is the shipping time as my tracking number was saying nothing and besides the fact, I paid more on the website than I was paying on your eBay page on the shipping. The part I ordered and paid to overnight to me was given the wrong ZIP Code therefore it took two days instead of the one day which I had paid $40 for to get to me so I could get my vehicle fixed.
Once I called and got the newly updated part number I received it just fine. Website needs updated bad. Popular parts are always showing unavailable because they have a new part number from BRP. If I hadn't called to ask I would've just assumed you didn't have it.

The moral to story is all's well the ends well. As a first time customer I was confused about the shipping avenue. At order time, the webpage said UPS which I thought meant United Parcel Service. Once I tried to track the order I noticed it use the term Mail Innovations that I think means the package was turned over to the Post Office. Nothing against the Post Office but because of this I was unable to track the package so I was not able to schedule my maintenance time accordingly. My recommendation is you simply state the order is going though the Post Office and cannot be tracked.
I've been ordering parts for my Polaris and Honda ATV's for close to a year now. They are both older machines, so things are always breaking or wearing out. Partzilla is the best! I've never had an issue, and parts are on time. Thanks Partzilla!
I recently ordered oil seals from another source, and was not impressed with the quality of their product. Guess what? They failed soon after a tedious installation. I reordered Partzilla OEM seals, immediately recognized a substancial sturdiness improvement, went through another damn installation, and now enjoy the result of ordering the REAL OEM's. Works like new; and were cheaper than the half-assed numbers I had bought prior.
I will not repeat that mistake. I recommend Partzilla.
