Putting a used engine in my 2000 Honda VFR800 (pro tip: do not let mice make a nest in your airbox). I needed some consumables (oil and air filters), some common reassembly parts (o-rings and banjo fitting washers) and some very specific replacement parts (exhaust and side cover gaskets). Partzilla not only had the best prices, but had EVERYTHING in stock. My order shipped out the next day. I'll definitely use them the next time I need parts.

Parts ordering is easy and the factory schematics help a lot, but communication was lacking. I chose expedited shipping and after a couple days of no communication, I was just about to call when I received an email stating the package was shipped and out for delivery. One would think you would get a notification the day the parts shipped with an expected delivery date. Might be nitpicking, but seems like common practice these days. Anyway parts came in and are what they should be. Thanks!
I ordered seven parts for my DR650 (4 parts) and Ruckus (3 parts). Everything arrived in a sturdy box in less than 4 working day. I was very pleased with the price/quality of the parts and the timely free delivery.

A slight problem with shipping. The left most of the address information was missing. It was covered by clear packing tape, which in my experience normally protects the thermal printed label. In this case, the clear tape caused part of my name and shipping address to disappear. Luckily the local post office intercepted the package for me.
