I'm a non franchise dealer so I don't have access to OEM parts direct from the manufacture. We service all makes and models, I buy $20,000-$30,000 of parts from Partzilla a year. In all those orders I've had may be one shipping mistake and it was corrected quickly. If they don't have what I need in stock they get it quickly.

I'm a small business that provides a service to the local riding community. At some point in early 2018 you guys devcided to discontinue my commercial discount. Every penny counts but ya'll decided that you needed those pennies more than me. Western Hills Honda sells me Honda and Yamaha parts at 5% over cost. Once I find another supplier for Suzuki and Kawasaki parts at commercial prices I'll be gone. And the wine cards, please just stop. Max BMW sells me parts at commercial rates and they send me M&Ms. You asked.

I am Still trying to figure out if this is a scam. I don't know if parts actually take a week to come off the shelf but when I call to get it figured out the number doesn't even work. Hopefully someone from partzilla reads this and can help. Or Hey, If its a scam just let me know so I can get my parts elsewhere.

I am an automotive technician I bought a radio from partzilla (450 dollars) for my Kawasaki Teryx so since I am certified in 12V electrical I installed it now after 1 day of install of a 3" waterproof radio it has moisture behind the screen I understand it happens even though I have not exposed it to any water so I called partzilla and they will not warranty it because I did not have it installed by a kawasaki dealer so now I have to drive 1 hour to a Kawasaki to see if they will warranty this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any online site and I order atleast 5 times a week if I could give negative stars I would and next time I will pay the extra money and order from a different site DO NOT ORDER FROM PARTZILLA!

Awesome service.

I needed some parts for our ATV and I came across of this part store. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I need (even though I was able only to describe him the parts) and fast. An another company almost sold me a whole ATV. Shipment arrived in time, I would say earlier then I expected it and they were the parts that we wanted.
I would highly recommend them.

Most of there OEM parts are instock and ship quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes a part says it's instock when it's not.

I have been ordering through partzilla for 5 years. I will continue making them the first stop for all my OEM ATV and SXS parts. Easy to navigate website, excellent customer service, and next day shipping options are just a few things I like about them!

This is one example, they helped me get all the plastics I needed for a Build. One year only Honda Eastern Blue, for a Rincon 680! Thanks Partzilla

Service went downhill?

I have ordered hundreds of dollars in parts from partzilla. Their prices are usually the best. There are only a few other sites that are comparable I think the shipping times need to be worked on though. People want their parts QUICK! They dont want to wait a week or two when their toys are down. My last order took 5 days with expedited shipping. $10 for a few ounce envelope. Thats Georgia ( I assume thats where it came from) to NY which is not far. I could get parts from my dealer in 3 days. Sometimes, depending on what and how much you order its better to just get it locally. I usually order online if im getting more than a couple items. The expedited shipping is a joke as mentioned here. I know its only a couple dollars but its the principle. You can get stuff on ebay faster with 2- 3 day shipping. The parts showing as "in stock" when they are not has happened to me before. Its either in stock or its not. When I go on the website I want to know if it is physically in stock THERE and will be shipped as soon as I order. No ifs ands or buts. I dont care how many parts the company deals with. Thats what computers are for. Excuses are not acceptable. Also, The images of the part that use to show next to the part was a great addition to the web site. You dont see that often (if at all). They got rid of that. Why? It was very beneficial to have sometimes so you know exactly what the part looks like. I asked on their youtube channel and got a (deceiving?) response saying its in the works. The link is below. Im Chrisc. I think if they fix the 3 things I mentioned they would be untouchable. It would make me a customer for life instead of comparison shopping.

We want to take this as an opportunity to explain how our shipping system works. We have sold over 3 million parts and we have one of the widest selections of OEM parts in the world, but of course, we do not have all 3 million parts in stock all the time. As a rule of thumb, for any OEM dealer, whenever a product says "IN STOCK" it means that we have the part ready to ship. When it says on a part "Ships in 1-2 Days" then that means that the part is on backorder and we are waiting for the manufacturer to deliver us the part. We hope this helps, we take our customer's feedback very seriously and we will see what we can do. We hope you give us another chance.

Bull$#*! zilla

After 2 weeks of waiting for my parts to be shipped, PartZilla sends the email that I have to pay another 261 $ for shipment. I cancel the order then they fine me with 15% stocking fee. $#*! zilla :)

Good customer relations, answers all questions and handles all problems quickly. Easy website for oem parts but they need a interchange for aftermarket parts this would be a great help for there customers who use aftermarket parts
