Unfortunately they used USPS which lost 2 packages the day they supposedly delivered my part. Getting help at Partzilla is pert near impossible, I sat on hold for a while and then selected the call back option but that didn't happen so I had to kick the charge back and buy the part elsewhere.

This is an excellent place to purchase parts for your Honda rides. I purchased a door latch and it was shipped quickly and worked perfectly. If you need a part don't hesitate to contact Partzilla.

Simple smooth operation from my phone, found the part almost immediately and the part shipped same day. Part is now in the hands of my mechanic and soon my bike will be brought back from the dead ready to terrorize the streets once again.

Purchased cam chain guides for my 2006 Yamaha Bruin. Called to verify parts were in stock prior to completing order. Verified parts were the right fit and in stock order completed and delivered within a few days as promised very satisfied I'll be sure to use Partzilla in the future.

Good selection of parts.Ordering parts was easy. Delivery was fairly quick.

It's not Amazon. Shipping time is lacking. However, once my package got into the USPS system, it actually arrived two days earlier than originally predicted, but still about 3 days slower than Amazon.

The pricing is good and the shipping time was good.

Just like always, parts were correct and delivered in a couple days. I have been using Partzilla for years an d will continue to.
