I do see that you did wait quite some time as you placed your order at the end of December, and it was not delivered until the middle of February. When the order was placed, we did follow up with an email advising you that the part was on backorder. When items are back-ordered all we can do is keep you the customer updated on the dates provided by the manufacturer and give you the option to cancel should you not want to wait. Currently, with the country facing crippling supply chain issues we are not exempt from the situation and we are also feeling the full effect of the national supply chain crisis. I am very sorry your order was back-ordered, unfortunately, it was out of our hands. I do see that once the item arrived to our warehouse we did have this shipped Priority rather than standard at no cost to you. I hope the item arrived well. The service team told me the impellar kit was the item i needed but I since have discovered there is an item with just the impellar and gaskets for sale. I am out of town and haven't contacted customer service yet.

All the parts I ordered were received very timely, even the back ordered parts were only a couple days behind the other parts. It was a very good experience, pricing was better than anywhere else also on genuine parts.
