Good, no issues. I received exactly what was ordered.
I didn't realize that the impeller didnt come with the rest of the 100 hour service kit. I should have read closer and realized it ahead of time but that would typically expect the impeller to be part of a 100 hour service. All included parts were excellent. There was more oil included than was required by the engine.
Not much to say, I ordered what I needed. Got it fast. Why wouldn't anybody order from PartsVu?

Just finished my annual 100 hr service on my F200. Saved $650 over marine dealer full service cost! Parts Vu makes it easy. Everything I needed was in the kit. Used before. Will use again.

Placed a order for a set of steering cables for a bass boat on 3/18/22, received confirmation email on 3/19/22. Received another email once item shipped on 3/23 and item showed up by UPS on 3/28/22. Steering cables were sticking in the through the box when I received it, but I am pretty sure it was caused during transit. Item itself did not appear damaged. Installed cables in boat 4/2/22 and sunburnt looking like a boiled crawfish by 4/3/22. Boat steers like a dream now! Item was as advertised and was cheaper on Partsvu than anywhere else that I was able to find online. Definitely recommend shopping through Partsvu.

Thank you for your purchase and for your review. We appreciate your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience however your order shipped 6 days after it was placed. We did email you to advise that a part was coming to us from Wisconsin and that does take 5-7 business days to arrive. As soon as it arrived to our warehouse we shipped this the same day. As for the payment, yes we require payment upfront. With the exception of Amazon, all e-commerce businesses charge upfront. Furthermore, under our terms and conditions, it does state that should an item be on backorder or allocated from a vendor your payment is a downpayment to the vendor to reserve the part.
