I ordered a flywheel and was sent a FedEx tracking number on Wednesday PM July 1st. Knowing that Friday is a holiday (observance of July 4th on July 3rd) I made sure I placed the order so the holiday would have little effect on my delivery. My part sat there for FOUR days until finally was scanned by FedEx the first time Sunday PM. They can't use the holiday excuse. Somebody took off mentally or physically early for the 4th and screwed me on my car repairs. Bad business
Hey my name is Jerry A. I will never order a part from this website again. I tell everyone both foreign and Domestic this company SUCK! They made a mistake on my order and refuse to CORRECT their mistake. I paid for my parts and did not receive them all. I ordered 8 spark plug for my 2008 Chevy Express 2500 van 6.0 V8 engine but only receive 4 spark plug. Please use some other site for your Auto parts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PARTS GEEK!
I tried for over a week to get this. NO part and no refund on the money. I had proof that I never got it but still they are not honest people. Run away from this site
Called and ordered over the phone, the guy read the order back and it was correct. When I received my order it was wrong! The problem is Geek Auto parts is at fault but I have to spend $350 to send it back by freight because its the wrong $#*!ing bumper they sent! I only paid $110 originally but double to send it back! I'm pissed and still no bumper i may as well took my car to the $#*!ing dealership. I hope you go the $#*! out of business! Never again! You guys are so full of $#*!!
Ordered part 06/27/20... still has not been shipped as of 07/02/20, said it was shipped 06/27/20 USPS says not mailed yet! Sorry damn company!
BUY ELSEWHERE! Customer service is a joke. They let you return an unopened product but will NOT refund your money. When you call you get hung up on. When you email they are snooty. There are much better companies out there. DO NOT BUY FROM partsgeek.
Received a defective part. Applied for a RMA only to find out that they don't cover the cost of shipping even when their parts are defective right out of the box. What would cost them maybe $24 to ship back to their warehouse would end up costing me $80 via the USPS. Hell, I would have even paid the $24 but now I am stuck with a $100 part that I cant use. Never again with this company. They don't stand behind their merchandise. Hell, one star is too generous.
Needed two calipers parts came quickly as ordered took three days from MA To IN. Then went to return cores bump bump Bah... jumped through all their hoops. Tracking number shows delivered. Now two weeks later nothing called to inquire they claim they haven't received anything? I have filed complaints with USPS. Guess we'll see? Not worth the 20$ you save on each part. Oh and by the way return core and returns period are on you! Not a fan
Parts Geek sent me a defective product. On June 17,2020 I ordered a bumper for a 1998 ford condor. The part arrived, and I prepared it to fit on the car. I painted it and primed it, and was very excited. Once I tried it on, the bumper will not fit. There's a huge gap, and there is no way I can drive safely with it on. I have no idea how they would be so irresponsible. If one advertises a part, it should fit that purpose. Now they refuse to return my money. Be careful ordering from this company. It's a complete gamble. If you even try to part to see if it fits, you automatically cannot return it. Horrible company. Avoid it at all costs. I want a refund of my $263.00. They have shady business practices, and make the return procedure unnecessarily difficult. They will send you faulty products and refuse to refund you for them. Now I have a useless part, and I'm down $263. Make it right Parts Geek, make it right!
Ordered parts on the 17th and did not receive them on the 30th... thats 13 days... they said 7 to 12 buisness days... parts were at southeastern freight in louisville ky... they charged 100.00 for over sized freight... i had to go pick parts up in louisville ky which is 50 miles from me because they said it would be another 3 days before delivered... partsgeek did not refund my money for oversized shipping and they didn't even deliver it I had to pick it up

I received the order wrong. I made my return request online, where they said that in 4 to 5 days I will receive an email with RMA #. Then call for 5 consecutive days waiting for someone to answer the phone to find out if they have the correct part that I need, otherwise look elsewhere... they never answered the phone and after 13 minutes of waiting they cut off your call.
Their customer service is really poor. I will never buy from them again!
Still trying to talk to someone they hangup in your face sent wrong parts call to stop other part still they still sent it. A week still trying to return
Not a human available to do anything but take your money. Core return will cost you half in return shipping. Enough must follow rules for returning cores they could literally make any excuse to deny payment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARTSGEEK! I ordered a strut assembly. Box was previously opened, one part missing, part not as depicted in online photo. Returns, forget it. They don't send a shipping label (even when it's their error) and it was going to cost me more to ship it back than I paid for the part. $65.00 lesson learned. I'd give then zero stars, but it wasn't an option!
Someone who cares about their job and how the customer receives their product with their business name attached to their product, whether it be the website ( distributor) or the seller that's on the companys website. It still has 2 names attached to it besides the buyer and this looks like jimmy craps corn and he dont care! I did shipping and recieving for years with huge exhaust system after ceramic coating them, headers, i powder coated nascar rims, show car stuff down to piddly stuff and still wrap and sealed a product up 110% better than this even if it was a $5 piece or $5000 piece.

I have order 2 item from this website for my vehicle and both items we're not the item I have order. For me to return the item I have to come out of pocket to ship it back which cost more than the item.
I ordered two parts. Blower motor and a pig tail, the pig tail said it was for the same blower motor, but it was the wrong part, they want me to pay the return shipping for there mistake, I will never perched anything from these geeks again. I am a auto tech for 45 years, I would never treat my customers like this. Very disappointed.
I was very excited that I found the parts I was looking for at the right price, when I received it and opened it my headlight assembly was broken. I had to pay$114 for the return and insurance. I read all the requirements upon retuning it but I thought it was beyond unfair of the policy when I didn't have anything to do with the damage. I think they need to review the return policy it's a bit much.
I ordered two tailgate pull down motors. One arrived without the mounting plates. Partsgeek is not willing to send the plates or refund my money.
