Ordered from another company waited 5 weeks and never got the parts. Ordered from parts select and was up and work in 7 days. I know now where to go for parts.

The ice maker part was easily identifiable on the website. It was easy to install and works well. It's nice to have ice being dispensed again.

The part came super fast, which was nice, but I couldn't help but feel like it was incredibly overpriced. At $40, this handle is nearly half the price of a whole new door. I can't fathom why a simple plastic handle would cost so much, but being in need of just a handle, it is what it is.

My washing machine broke down, one phone call to Parts Select told me the parts I needed to buy. They arrived quickly, the instruction videos helped my husband install the parts properly and my 18 year old machine is working great again! (It did help that he is a handy guy.) Excellent service. Thank you, we saved a lot of money.

The dishwasher rack changeable part was partly broken. It did help seeing that part of it was still in tact so we could know how to fix the other part.

Great company and great customer service. Love the website. And the ease of finding needed parts. Have ordered from them several times. Search with equipment model number and diagram comes up on with parts list.

I am more comfortable speaking with a customer service representative instead of sourcing a correct part from a diagram. I tried the latter and wound up with a part for the refrigerator door vs the freezer door. With a phone call this situation was quickly remedied and the correct new part is now installed.

I have used this service to repair my dryer. This time my freezer shelf brackets broke on my door the parts were easy to replace and a lot cheaper than hiring someone.

This website was easy to shop and find what I needed. The replacement part fit perfectly in my fridge.

Be aware... They sent me a broken part and before sending me a return label made me pay for it again but to make matter worse... They sent me the next part missing pieces and when I ask that they send the missing pieces, they told me that they needed to charge me for the entire part again, return the part I received and wait for the hopefully correct and undamaged part for another week.

The absolute worst

Every step with your company was great. The phone representative was friendly and helpful. The part was exactly right and arrived very fast. Great experience overall.

This is the second time I've ordered a replacement part and ice machine cleaner. If they hadn't been good the first time, I wouldn't have gone back!

Found the part I needed and installed myself. The center drawer slide part was missing on my fridge. Found it online and installed myself. Found instructions and a video on the website. Only took a few minutes. I have never repaired the fridge before. Nice to find parts for these older refrigerators. Anne S.

I had bought the wrong shelf so I had to call customer service who helped me out with no problem! I returned the one I bought and the new one arrived in short order and worked like a charm!
