Great website with lots of help for appliance repair novices. I was happy with the part and shipping. I went down one star because the price was significantly higher than Amazon, but I went with Part Select because they are obviously invested in appliance repair alone and I've been burned by cheep items on Amazon before.

I have used you for parts for my dryer before but that was a high limit switch. This time I thought it was the control knob striping out on the inside. When l received the knob it still wouldn't turn the controller so I ordered the controller and my dryer should be good for a lot of more loads. The slow process of eliminating good parts from bad parts.

I went to partselect web site and entered the model of my refrigerator and had photos of all the parts I would ever need. They will help you diagnose your problem if you don't know what part you need but I knew the part I needed. The only thing I see that needs improvement is shipping time which was about a week. I really liked the fact that I could pick the part instead of trying to tell someone what I needed.
