Returns suck, not worth the money and parts are garbage. Don't use this company for your parts. I order wheel bearing for my car and they would not fit and then wanted to charge me for return shipping

The part that I ordered arrived early and it fit correctly. However the electrical cable was too short and made the installation far more complicated than it needed to be. If it was 2-3 inches longer it would have been fantastic.

I installed the left rear door lock actuator on my f150 and it doesn't ground through the door pin like it supposed too, had to bypass switch and wire to ground directly.

Everything seems to be in order package seems to be undamaged but I have not opened it yet, with that being said. The package came a little faster than previously said and that was nice but again I have not yet opened the package to install them, so I hope everything is in good standings.

Part ordered does not fit. After asking for vin number this is the reply I get.

As I checked part is compatible to your vehicle as per our website and manufacturer catalogue, so in this case we need to verify
Now I have a 200 part that does not fit. They will not supply shipping for the wrong part and will cost me more money to ship back plus restocking fee then the cost of the part.

Guys be aware before ordering parts, I ordered rotors as per attached website snap and received both are different here in pictures you can see, After email and chat conversation they agreed that one part is wrong and one is correct but even it does not match with website display which item I ordered. As per help desk its correct part how does? It has different SKU.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
