The order was made and the product delivered efficently and without issue. Unfortunately the motherboard failed in a short period. Contacted customer service and a replacement was shipped out the same day, replaced the board and everything working fine so far. Good company, would order from them again.

I contacted a customer service representative to get more details on part I ordered to replace on a laptop and the part came as described. I performed the replacement myself and the part works just fine. Laptop looks brand new with no more missing power button. Laptop powers on just fine.

I called Dell for a replacement battery and they didnt have my replavement battery in stock. When I asked the rep when I should check again. He said Two Months I found my battery here and it was in my hands in less than a week! Cant tell the difference between my original and this replacement. Very Happy!

I was very impressed with the quick delivery of a replacement DVD drive for my Dell Inspiron 3520 laptop. Thanks to the instructions on the webpage, I was able to replace the drive in less than 15 minutes and it worked great.

Received - i HATE getting these requests to review purchases and now it is forcing more characters just to get out of this stupid screen. I'm happy with my purchase but i won't purchase anything else if it means having to fill this stupid thing out again!

Truly impressed by the on time delivery and rebuilt part looked and operated like brand new.The keyboard feels and works perfect, I was leary on buying rebuilt but am very pleased with my purchase.

This is the first place I come to when looking for computer parts for my needs. If they don't have what I'm looking for then I use the part numbers to look other online places. I trust Parts People because they haven't let me down when it comes to condition of the parts and how fast it arrives.
