Every person I talked to was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me with my laptop problems and got me back up and running in no time. They helped me make the repair decisions based on what I needed the laptop to do while still keeping my wallet in mind which is always nice. I will definitely use parts-people again in the future.

Yes, I received my order of XPS13 9350 QHD+ LCD assembly. Although too soft cable for default LCD connection is future risk that I feel, its currently working without any problem.

Seriously, I cannot recommend Parts-People enough. I provide desktop support for a 200+ employee company and we use almost entirely Dell computers. Once warranties expire I can fix pretty much any problem that arises.

This was the second LCD screen I have purchased and it was installed without any issue. Looks just like it did when it was brand new. This wasn't my first purchase, and won't be my last.

They helped guide me through the replacement of a cracked FHD touchscreen on my notebook to an upgraded UHD touch that looks absolutely amazing. (The upgrade makes me feel much less miserable about my cracked screen.)
