They had the parts I needed and the price was fair, and I feel it's a better bet than eBay. I just wish they would photograph the part # on the part they are selling so you can see if your part is the same numbers as the parts they are selling.(yes they say it is part # xx, but sometimes my parts I don't see the same numbers and not sure where to see that # on the part.

I checked the compatibility thru Parts People website, and it was verified as compatible. The size was too big for xps 15 9530.

I search online. Found the wrong part but this site let me know it was the wrong part without me having to do a lot of research and helped me get the right part. Shipping was extremely fast and motherboard was in excellent condition. The shipping was excellent to make sure nothing for messed up in transit. A++.

Got my parts in 3 days (fastest shipping for what I paid) and was able to instal the part with their online instructions. The only thing that wasnt right was that the j and k key caps were swaped but it was an easy fix.

I was concerned about getting a refurb part, but it works perfectly and solved my switch-bounce problem.
