Finding parts for Dell business laptops in the past has been a bad experience. You website made it quick and easy and I order the parts I needed in 10 minutes.
Parts received in a timely manner and as expected. The minus one is due to the fact that often times the parts I need are 'out of stock' and I am not getting the email message notifying me they are back in stock. Yes, I sign up for them.

I was reluctant to order a keyboard for my Dell Latitude because I did not know what kind of junk I might be getting, not to mention the possibility of getting on nasty mailing lists. Instead, what I got was a keyboard that actually appears to be of higher quality than the one that came with the PC, and the swap was, for the most part, straightforward and uneventful. I'm very pleased.
I ordered a power cord for my Dell Latitude ST. They had just the one I needed. I haven't used it yet, but it looks just like the other cord I have that is wired into my longarm quilting machine. I wanted to be able to work with patterns and clean out files without standing at my longarm and now I'll be able to sit and relax while doing the housecleaning. Thanks.
Parts People was recommended to me by my school's IT department when I had them look at my Dell Latitude E6430. I needed a fan, power adapter, and battery, all of which were easy to find on their website: just input the service tag and all of the compatible parts are listed. Prices overall were reasonable, but I did go elsewhere for the battery as the listed batteries, while DELL official, were expensive (in some cases, 2 or 3 times as expensive). Time will tell if that was a good decision. After replacing the fan with help from Parts People's tutorial videos, the laptop seems to be good as new! I will definitely be returning for any future replacement parts.
My part was easy to find. I looked up my laptop and the part was there. Shipping was on track from the ordering process.
