I have been purchasing replacement Dell laptop parts from Parts-People for years now. My experiences have always been positive. While they do not always have all of the parts that I may need, they are usually the first vendor I check with for Dell laptop parts. Their prices are usually better than most other online vendors as well.

I was after a backlit keyboard. I installed it in the machine that it was said to be part of... no workie.

I ordered online, motherboard showed up in 2 days. I was a little concerned at first when I couldn't get the keyboard to work but re-seated some connections. Then I couldn't get Linux installed. Long story short all the issues were mine (hd to upgrade the laptop's bios and a couple other things. Laptop in question works better than new.

My hobby is fixing up old laptops, and this power switch worked like a charm on my old Inspiron 9100. Not only does it work great, but it improved the cosmetic condition of the laptop - it looks brand new!
This was the best price online, which is a welcome bonus. I'll certainly buy from this place again.
