It is literally the worst service I ever had online. Their writers are not professional in the field, the even lack proper English writing. They don't follow the process posted and their replies are so mean and very unprofessional.

Don't waste your time and money.

This is the worst writing service! I payed $700 for a paper and ended up getting ripped off. I uploaded a rubric, with an example paper and the writer still couldn't get it right. The clarity was horrendous! I had to call support to try to find out who wrote the paper because it looked like an 8th grader did. I had the paper revised, and the writer resubmits the paper with NOTHING revised. I ended up calling support to put the complaint in and the writer barely did anything. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Costumer service was absolutely horrible. They are very rude and care about nothing you have to say, once you give them your money forget it you lost. I was literally assed out of $700 and no paper! The paper sounds so horrible, I can not even submit it. If someone is thinking about using paper help, leave me a message. I will gladly send you the $#*!ty paper they charged me 700$ for so you will know what I mean.

Feeling kinda guilty for doing it but my professor is so strict! I'm glad that now she's very happy with my homework.

I submitted my order a week ahead, and I asked for a rough draft because my professor demands one before we turn in the paper. I wasn't even picky. I told the writer anything would be good, it could be one paragraph. The writer REFUSED TO TURN IT IN. He submitted an old paper of mine for the third paper (wtf?). Customer service refused to help, they told me to wait up until midnight for the rough draft. And I told him, since I clearly won't get one, I want a discount. They basically told me to go to hell, wait until midnight and if I still didn't get one to message them, lol. I had to work the next day at 6 a.m.

Listen kids, you get into sketchy activities, and you get sketchy results. Ordering with these guys is like flipping a coin, you might get a good paper but oh trust me, when it's bad, it is bad!

The teacher said the paper is a transcript of the book so I sent it back for a review and they supposed to correct it, I submitted again still got an F. This writer what he did was copy paste fragments of the textbook, did not follow any of the instructions provided. I did order in the past which was ok but this time it did not work, so I guess is just matter of luck but be prepared you will lose money and time and receive a bad grade!

I had to give it for revison atleast 7-8 times to get my prfect paper but no... you willl never ever get a quality paper from them. Waste of money, time and efforts, because they dont care. It is very obvious that they do not speak English, right correct English grammar, or know much about any of this subject they write about. In fact, there is no way to actually get your money back if you were not satisfied because they require you to let them revise it, and then if you look at their policy, when they revise it you are basically approving the paper. Its craziness and I would never let them steal your money.

My paper was due within 24 hours, it took them an additional 12 hours to complete the paper and when I finally receive it, it was not exactly what I asked for. They are not recommended for college papers, matter of fact don't even waste your time. I asked for a partial refund because I understand that the writer at-least made an effort (although they written me a low-quality paper)... the customer service representative had the nerve to tell me "under our policy, we can not provide you with a refund" smh, when it says money back guarantee at the bottom of the page. I WARN YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE

I'm a photographer at heart and with all the sessions I've been getting in lucky to say I'm making a living off of it. But by the time I realized my passion and that it could actually make me enough money I was already half way through my degree and I don't like quitting half way. I've already put so much effort into it. But sometimes we just get such POINTLESS assignments! And with a job I love, I really don't want to be wasting my life on them. These guys take care of them. I don't expect to get full marks on the papers I submit cause obviously the writer didn't go to class with me and doesn't know the whole picture, but they get it done and make changes when needed. I guess satisfaction has a lot to do with initial expectations.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! This company has the worst customer service! My orders have been submitted to me late sometimes or if you need to make corrections or ask for revisions they are so quick to nickle and dime you for more money. I dont understand what happened to the customer is always right? My last order was not in the correct format and received and zero grade and they returned the product to me a day after the due date. Upon receiving my grade I contacted them for a revision even though the paper was returned to me late and they told me it was past the 7 day revision policy, like I have control on when the teacher grades the paper! I feel that anyone wants a quality paper and good customer service USE SOMEONE ELSE! I basically wasted money on a scam company who does nothing but provide excuses to the consumer, instead of solutions! I basically paid money for ZERO grade!

***UPDATE***** I was contacted by a customer service representative on 12 May 17 asling for the order number, which I provided but havent heard from them since that date! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Feel positive about paperhelp.org. It is helpful for sure and the works are usually completed at the prof level. The last review, for example, was done without any specifications. My teacher was satisfied with it cause it was precise and without errors.
