After reading through the document in more detail, this was an absolute and complete waste of money. There are multiple punctuation errors, grammatical issues, sentences that make absolutely no sense, and a complete lack of alignment across the chapter sections. I used their advanced-level writer and the result would barely pass for that of a high school senior. This wasn't even writing from scratch but only editing an existing work. I honestly think it is worse now than when originally submitted.
