Literally sat on hold for 15 minutes and they didn't even ask if I could hold they answered the phone and put me on hold. Got my food and half my cheese sticks didn't have cheese on them. Papa Johns used to be my favorite pizza place but I'd rather eat lil caesars nowadays than even think about wasting my money on papa Johns pizza.

Papa Johns has switched to Gluten Free crust by default. Unless you're in the mood for a very small piece of extremely thin charred, wet charred cardboard... go someplace else! ANY frozen pizza on the market is 100 times better than this filth!

I'm always skeptical about buying items from new companies but this company really certainly came thru for me... I was looking looking a last minute gift for my son for his boss and came across this company and very happy I chose them... From start to finish was easy and amazing... I was able to choose from alot of options, preview my order, receive shipping updates and got my item within DAYS! THANK YOU! Will definitely recommend and buy from u again! Sorry I didn't post pics cause I wrapped it up already... but TRUST ME these folks are legit and I LOVED MY ITEM!

Snot on pizza,

I rated a 1 because zero was not an option, i went in on Valentine's Day and ordered 3 heart pizza but the employee did not wanna keep her mask over her noise and was sniffling over the pizza seen a drop of snot drop on the pizza when asked to put on her mask by her general manager she refused just sad i told her not to make me pizza she came around the counter to attack me and they charged me for the small packets of p. Cheese and the garlic sauce that comes free with the pizza i had to pay for mine and the other customers did not. The Worse service in my life and i feel sorry for the poor people who ate snot and did not know it. PAPA JOHNS is horrible and if your papa John in your state is good, Than good for ya but here in ALBUQUERQUE they are horrible and nasty and RUDE!

Hang up customer s phone
November 20, 2020

On 11/19/2020 around 6pm. I was ready to order food. A guy hang up my phone. When I called again, a girl told me hold on 1 second. Then after 5 mins. She did samething. Because of my husband really want papa John's. So I called again and asked girl why she hang up customer s phone. She said because we are busy. Dont opme business if you cant handle it. Terriable experience! The location of this store at Mooresville North Carolina

04:37 pm ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pop from Papa johns@ 3231 dorr st. Store no# 628
05:33 pm called to check on pizza, it had not been delivered at this time. Spoke with nikki
05:36 pm pizza finally arrived at, driver walking from the holding the pizza bag vertically where each pizza had slid into one blob of a mess on the left side of each box. I showed this to driver, and she apologize repeatedly and said she would be bringing back 2 freshly made pizzas.
05:39 pm called the papa johns to make them aware of the issue and nikki stated that the driver will be delivering replacement pizzas in 35 minutes. I asked how this inconvenience was going to be rectified? I was told that they could either refund or offer a free order. Which comes to find out they meant that they were going to remake the pizzas that were damaged by their driver and already paid for ($44.69). This was their solution; they remade the pizzas that were damage by their driver for free and that was their customer service resolution. NONE!
06:34 pm replacement pizzas finally arrived, 06:36 pm I called to speak to a store manager, (john) and he repeated what nikki told me, that their resolution for their driver ruining my already paid for product was they would remake it for free.

False Advertising

Coupon that is valid through 12/20 that is in the infamous Family Fun Book coupon book apparently isn't honored at the local Papa John's. The employee advised of this. The manager then advised me this was a corporate decision. No one seemed to care that we took our money and our business elsewhere. Through these tough times, any business is good business which apparently means very little. The competitor gladly welcomed me. The fact they don't care to honor what THEY offered says a ton. I'll gladly give my money to someone else who appreciates the business

I found smelly cheese and when I requested to see the cheese in the kitchen from which it was made they told me "way to exit is that side". I heard that most of the Franchises are taken over by a retd. Pakistani army personal.

Will not be ordering from this place again, we ordered pizza and cheese sticks and they forgot the cheese sticks but still charged us for them, so we called them back to try to resolve the issue and we were given the choice of getting some cheese sticks free of charge next time we place an order or having them drive some out that night free of charge right around closing. We decided to try to be reasonable and just take the credit for next time not wanting to make the driver drive all the way over here just for some cheese sticks. So we call in tonight to redeem those free cheese sticks and pay for two large pizzas for dinner because we're hungry to go with it and one order of cheese sticks wasn't going to feed the whole family. First we get the run around trying to place our order, then they charge us for the "free cheese sticks" and forget the pizzas we ordered. So now it's late, everyone's hungry and all we have is some cheese sticks between the family while expecting two large pizzas. So we call them back again like where's the pizza? And they had a big attitude about the whole thing and you can hear the manager in the background rudely saying "Fine, but tell them it'll be over an hour before we can send the pizzas out." and just complaining nonstop about having to send out what we paid for... So one hour and 40 minutes later, still no pizzas and they are like 10 minutes from closing, we call back once again to see where the pizza's are only to find out they canceled out order and they can just credit us for next time. This was already a credit from the first time and they couldn't even get that right, why would we want a next time? Never ordered from somewhere so unprofessional before, and wont be ordering from here again, they can just keep their credits. What a joke. Now there's no dinner, and they kept us tied up waiting all night, while everywhere else is now closed and it's too late to order something from anywhere else.

Worst company

Worst customer service. Never will I order their food again. Talking to customer service is like pulling teeth. Actually, I'd rather go through a root canal than deal with these people again. They hang up or disconnect when they're bored with you. You never get a straight forward answer. I wish I could give negative zeros. Save yourself some pain and order from Little Caesar's which gives better service and treats their customers with respect. I guess if you're a large corporate company, you don't need wee peasants like myself.

Disappointed

I am a frequent customer and love papa johns however during our visit onMay 2 2020 they were not wearing any face coverings and I think if we are going to support the business during this time they should be taking the precautions to keep us and themselves safe. This was the DeKalb Il location.

My family has been eating Papa John's for over 20 years and I literally can't think of a single time we were disappointed with the meal! The app and the online version make it very easy to order as well. Keep up the great work!

I order pizza from papa John's like ever two weeks. It's an easy Sunday dinner after a busy weekend. I have never had issues. On this past Sunday I was tracking the pizza like I always do and I noticed that at 606 it was out for delivery. 30 minutes later we called the store because it still hadn't arrived. I stead of being polite the manager was a jerk. Blamed us on the mix up. I said we get pizza delivered every other week drivers have never had issues. He refused to make it right and as we were talking to the manager the driver pulled right up to our place. 45 minutes after he started delivering. Ridiculous
