Called to tell I got wrong order and told me I got what I ordered and hung up

Never again will I order slop. Wouldn't feed hogs this slop..

Bland pizza with crust that has texture like rubber. Any frozen pizza in grocery store tastes better and costs less. Don't waste your money on this pizza.

My father came to town it was about 7pm and decided to buy us pizza for dinner I ordered it off my phone.
So I used a coupon that was a xl three topping and I made an XL supreme pizza by adding extra topping to it. Also 2 Cheese bread and a large 3 toping I did hafe Canadian bacon pineapple and regular bacon on one half and the other half just plain cheese. The bill came out to didn't think anything of it because you know with what we ordered and made sense that it was $50 with delivery. We receive our food I get the large half and half both boxes of breadsticks and a large cheese pizza. I call the store immediately and tell him that the pizza is not what I ordered the manager tells me that he will get us another pizza right away and that he looked over the receipt while I was on the phone with him. It would take about 30 to 45 minutes for us to receive it so we waited over an hour and I called back and ask him where the pizza was expecting it to be remade and brought to us the manager then after our first conversation said he looked at the receipt and we got what we ordered which we didn't and told me that I just ordered wrong and refused to remake my pizza it made me pay another 24.99 with delivery fee for the pizza that my father wanted in the first place so I paid $75 and got a pizza we didn't even want or order no it was almost 2 hours late by the time we got the pizza horrible horrible manager and on top of that my father and I checked the receipt and it just had how much we paid on it but did not have absolutely anything though said what we ordered so we have no proof that we actually ordered everything right and they just didn't make it for us or if there was a system error cuz all I have is a receipt for $50.23. That says for tip and signature and that's it

Walked in and the people working were very friendly and kind. They nicely told us about the deals going on right now and save me and my family a bit on cost.

The pizza was terrible, flavorless, hardly any toppings. I picked it up and a large thin crust 4 topping pizza cost $26.60! Seriously the worst take out pizza experience I have ever had. Will NEVER get Papa John's again.

Don't order delivery unless you want over a 2 hour wait and receive cold cardboard pizza. Great tip for the driver ahead of time and then we get crapped on. I get there may be a shortage. I understand busy times. But TELL THE CUSTOMER so they can decide to wait or not. The manager only said sorry sooooo guess the sorry somehow makes my pizza all nice and yummy. Never ordering from this location again.

We were willing to order from this pizza place but defiantly never again. I was hung up because it wasn't the closes store, then replaced the order with a different store, service was rushed and also hung up on. I ordered thin crust and got a regular pizza with a creamy garlic sauce that was split. Very bad product with very bad customer service... will not be ordering from here again

Papa Johns Delivery Driver
I live out in the outskirts of London Ky, I ordered a pizza and BBQ wings to be delivered to my mobile home out on Sinking Creek. This was the most horrifying ordeal I have ever experienced. I am sorry I don't have my order number the driver never gave me my receipt of which I paid cash for the order. I am disabled and on a walker and it takes me time to get to the door. When the driver finally made it there he banged on my door repeatly and not lightly either. When I finally made it to the door the male driver was very rude complaining about how long it took me to get to the door and how far he had to travel. He saw that I was on a walker. He threw my order down on the chair next to the door and it almost fell in the floor. He then insisted I give him a tip. I explained to him that I couldn't afford to tip being on a small monthly income. He got mad because I couldn't give him a tip and he said meanly, well see if I bring you out anything else I will skip your order I have manager skills to skip over your orders. He went to his car spinning gravels as he backed out causing one gravel to hit the back window of my car luckily it didn't crack the window. I can't give you his name he had no name tag on but I can give you a description of him and his car. He drove an older model silver car with a black hood with lights on the roof. He was a young punk tall skinny with black hair and the nasties unshaved face I have seen in a while. If this is the type of employees Papa Johns hires that disrespects the disabled elderly then Papa Johns needs to stop delivering. Shame on you

I wanted pizza and thought I would try PaPa John's. It has been a while and though my experiences with PPJ had been terrible, I thought to try it again. Nope. Ordered the Specialty Philly Cheese Pizza. I didn't want Ranch dressing and manager said he would ensure marinara on the side. Nope. So very dry pizza. No flavor. Such little meat that I couldn't taste it. Actually, it tasted like nothing. I put salt and garlic powder to get some flavor. Pizza was undercooked. Horrible once again. Sorry PPJ, this was my last order.

I live in San Diego and visited one of the Papa John's in National city the service was great, the quality of the pizza was poor really because there was no cheese or sauce the pizza was so dry mostly bread, I have been a long time customer of Papa John's and they have provided a really great pizza over the years however this could just be the location I hope in the near future they will continue to serve good pizza..

I ordered from papa johns and the driver was rude and that when I reported to the manager. They did absolutely nothing about the situation and even papa john complaint department did absolutely nothing. I will not order from them ever again

I just ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to deliver. It wasn't the pizza I ordered and it was cold. I called the place and the guy that picked up the phone just said hello; I explained the situation and then I only heard him doing his stuffs in the background until I had to hang up. I called a second time and the store manager picked up the phone. I explained what happened with the first guy and then explained the pizza situation that was delivered late, cold, and wasn't the right pizza I ordered. He didn't even care to show empathy & his first question was "what's the name on the order?" I told him to hold on to get the right name from the Papa John's app I ordered it from because I changed the name all the times when I order for friends & family. Next thing I know he hung up on me. Everybody can tell when a call is disconnected as opposed to when you're being hung up on. I called again and another guy picked up the phone, I asked to speak to him again, the manager. My first question to him was "why did you hang up the phone on me? His answer was "the call got disconnected what's up?" Wow! No apologies, no nothing and then "what's up?" Then I had to re-explain myself to him although he knew he just talked to me a couple of minutes ago. That's when he offered to send me another pizza. Anyway, I just wanted to state the fact as it happened so that people reading this can make their own judgement.

I ordered a lg works pizza with 15 chicken poppers and prepaid with my card. My store delivered 2 cheese pizzas. I closed the boxes and called to let them know the delivery was wrong. I was offered a credit. I stated that I just wanted the food that I ordered, as I can't feed my family a credit. I was then told that the new driver who'd delivered would come pick the pizza up, and another driver would bring my correct order. The driver did return to get the incorrect order as stated. However, two hours later, and I have not received anything... and the store is closed. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. There is ALWAYS something when it comes to this location (Almaville Rd, Smyrna, TN) and ordering at night, on a weekend. I am hungry. My family is hungry, and this service of dishonesty and ineptitude is unacceptable and substandard for any reputable business. HOW DOES ONE STEAL ANOTHER'S HARD EARNED MONEY & PROMISE DELIVERY THAT THEY HAVE ZERO INTENT OF MAKING. This is BS. I want my damn money back. I don't want a credit. I don't want a pizza from you all. I AM DONE spending money with this company. They didn't even have the decency to follow up on whether the correct order made it to me. Hire better employees and you'll get better results and reviews.

I am a frequent customer, however their pizza size diameter is disappointing, I order it medium and i hold it small with very thick edges (not ordered crusted, ordered original), so having pizza size small...
I told them about my complain a lot of times for years but there is no improvement but may be they become more worse
As, last time I ordered the pizza delivered was cold, bad quality, too small...

Very disappointed in Papa John's this time, usually a hot fresh pizza. Unfortunately this time my pizza with one and a half hours and cold on arrival. $20 for this very disappointed.

Placed an order with the store at ******* Topperwein Rd in Ssn Antonio at 8:03 p.m. It is now 9:15, and when I check online to status, it says it still "getting ready". I've tried calling the store several times and all it does is ring and then go straight to hold music and commercials. No one would answer the phone until after I had held for almost 15 minutes. Then the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. Horrible customer service.
