Papa John use to use quality ingredients but now its terrible quality, their cheese is disgusting, i will not orrder from them again

Ordered 2 Papaidas, made special. How hard was it? Ranch, chicken and bacon... skimpy on all and crust hard and dark brown. Manager refused to replace or even discuss it. Thanks Papa John's

Ordering online is always a hassle, when you pick up the pizza it ends up cold and it doesn't seem like they try as hard as before now.

Not sure why so many negative reviews, best pizzas I ever had in my life, definitely a returning customer, tasty and delicious!

We ordered a pizza from Papa JohnKS in Tarpon springs Fl. We tracked it and waited patiently for a pizza to arrive. 90% arrived at the gate he dialed my number and I open the gate for him to come in. I waited and I waited and I waited. He never showed up at the door. So I called the manager at Papa John's and she told me that the driver couldn't find us. She also said that he tried multiple times to reaches with our phone number. But what she failed to realize with today's technology you can't lie anymore and get away with it. I went back and looked at the cameras to see if the guy that actually attempted to deliver a pizza. He did show up but he was driving so fast in front of my building that he ran the stop sign. Just kept going. The manager proceeded to tell me says he couldn't reach us he gave our pizza to someone else. No I understand that things happen and I can live with accidents happening but don't lie to me. That's a level of incompetence I just can't stand. It shows the failure of two people doing their job on a Tuesday night. How busy could actually be. And why lie?

Disgusting pizza for disgusting Putin. Would highly not recommend. Don't waste your money on this $#*!ty pizza

I ordered a Pizza and Buffalo wings. What I got was some REALLY NASTY BBQ wings. When I called to have it fixed first of all I was disconnected 4 times from their customer service line... then I had to stay on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got someone to talk to she was so rude and did not want to fix my order. When I told her I wasn't going to order any more... she said I don't care. Good going PAPA JOHNS lost a customer behind $10.

The pizza was supposed to be delivered in 27-37 minutes, but after 2 hours it was not yet delivered.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak papadia from store 218. What I found is that they added a ton of onions and green peppers (because they're inexspensive) and very little Philly steak, because the its the most expensive item. So it was like eating an onion papadilla not a Philly cheesesteak papadia. To put it bluntly it was garbage. I can't believe I paid $10 for this crap. I won't go back to Papa John's

My pickup card transaction failed first time. They kept me waiting for 20 mins when the pizza became cold

I order a couple of pizzas online I called the store of all the local stores around lavergne Tennessee and none of them had my online order but yet I was charged on my card you know this is a rip off this is not the first time this has happened to me yes I am mad and if this is the way you going to treat your customers I'm surprised you're not sued by now I don't think I will ever do business with Papa John again ever

Duke st (Durham) papa johns online service sucks… STAFF CANNOT TAKE AN ORDER With competency—— I ordered A large the works pizza and got a cheese only pizza that tasted like a cardboard box with no flavor at all— I ordered two sides and a 2 L soda but the pizza was the main dish—-I called for another pizza but they said they would not do it because I didn't order the works in argued with me— I will never eat Papa John's again and it's better to get carry out if you ever order from Papa John's—-They need reading classes and customer service skills

It was awful not enough pepperoni sauce was light and the cheese was light it was a very dry Pizza I will never order from them again false advertisement

Ordered parmesan meatball papadia and got a sauce less, cheese less dry horrible excuse of an item that can't even be eaten.

New York Pizza on tv ads today looked amazing…. Pizza we ordered today was the worst I've ever had. $30 for a sub standard pie that was NOT even remotely close to a NY pie…; never ever order again from pukey johns
