When I went in to pick up the pizza, the cashier had VERY LONG thick fingernails. It looked unsanitary to me as they were so long that it seems like a ton of dirt and grime could easily be caught under the nails. They were so thick that I wouldn't necessarily be able to see it. It seemed unsanitary. I'm telling myself that Papa Johns would never let the actual cooks have nails that long but I think it'd be better to have a company policy. The sauce tasted ok but very sweet. Maybe customers like sugary sauce but it definitely doesn't taste like "fresh" ingredients which is what appealed to me about Papa John's when I used to love it. I got to carryout maybe 10 minutes later than expected and when I got the pizza home it was COLD. A pizza warmer for a pizza restaurant seems basic but even if it's too much to ask they could at least keep the pizza in the bags that the delivery drivers use. At least some care taken to keep the pizza warm. The website asked me to TIP for CARRY OUT which was annoying. Papa John's just needs to pay their employees or treat them better. After I microwaved the pizza it did taste okay.

This place is the worsed place ever do not buy pizza from this place customer is bad as heck they left pizza cold out side and the pizza was burn everything I would not recommend any one to buy pizza in this place please do not buy pizza this place is crap I would never going buy pizza in this place

I order from papa jhons Long Island area twice in 30 years and twice I can tell is by far ugly pizza can't even call it pizza the extra large is like medium at most and the crust is simple ridiculous flat thin like paper has no body no bite taste like nothing feels like glue, I can't understand how is this company big, the best ti do is to support mama And papa local pizzerias doesn't get more real then that.

On 2/12 Papa John's sent a pizza delivery to my house and it tasted like $#*!. Also, the pizza had a sour taste to it. Please do not eat such racist foods.

My specialty pizza was terrible. Raw vegetables and crust. Reported it. Was supposed to be replaced. But that rude manager would not replaced it. Even when it was promised. He talked really awful to me. I canceled my new order. I was scared he would spit in my food cause I complained. I am disappointed. This was my favorite pizza place. Thanks to John. No more. Horrible manager.

Papa John's bowls are horrible, no taste! I ordered online 2 chicken alfredo bowls, garlic breadsticks, and chocolate chip cookies on 1/28/23. I noted online for the bowls to be well done, just the bowls but when I received the order some of the breadsticks were burnt and the cookies were hard with slightly burnt marks on the bottom. The main point besides what I just described is that the whole meal was bland and wish could have my money back. I wasted my money and would never order from them again. I do not know if it is Papa John's as a whole or the location I ordered from, but never again!

Bad business. They won't fix their website or app. They won't help with the flyer for a free pizza. A scam

We live in North Fort Myers, Fl and if u order online - u might as well forget it because it will not happen. They don't answer their phone when u call to check on order and/or they don't send order that u have supposedly paid for and then u will find out that they have to reimburse your original form of payment vs hear u complain about where is your pizza.

I was mad about the fees and the pizza was subpar. I could just as well eaten cardboard and it would have been about the same.

I consistently order from Papa John's and every now and again there is LOUSY SERVICE from the employees but when it comes from MANAGEMENT it's time to go. I ordered something and I wasn't told that it contained pork. I was told by management that I could get a credit on my next order or if I wanted a replacement I would have to come in. When asked about redelivery I was told that I would have to repay taxes and delivery charges but that it wouldn't be tonight. Tonight will be my last 49.00$. I wonder will there be a Papa John's Pizza much longer on Alabama Ave in SE DC if they continue to fuk over there customers? Just wondering. I don't have proof of purchase because when asked for a receipt they conveniently forgot to send one.

When I had my first slice of Papa John's years ago when Papa John was still there, it was immediately my favorite pizza... no more. Everything has changed for worse but the sauce kills it. Go back to Papa John's original sauce and you might save your company. It made Papa John's pizza original and distinctive. Now it's just another pizza. Grocery Store pizza is better.

Title says it all. Ended up canceling order at 7:30from 5:30 order. 1 1/2 late and running + the expected 30-45 wait = waste of time and bye bye papa

On the way home to SC we stopped at your Papa John's on 731 Duval Station Rd. #121, Jacksonville, FL *******. Store number #3232. We got the BEST PIZZA from Papa John's, EVER! We have a Papa John's in North Charleston, SC. Several times we got the worse pizza. We stopped going there. So we were apprehensive to going to this one. I have to say that pizza was better than Steel City's, Mellow mushroom, Domino's, Little Caesar's, Pizza Hut's and Cici's in our area. I wish we had a Papa John's like this one in our area. I think you should give them some sort of acknowledgement for a job WELL done. Because of them we now know that not ALL of you franchises are alike. Thank you, Barbara and Randy Perry. *******663.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, on the track your pizza app, After baking it sat under preparation for 27 minutes. When I finally got the pizza it was cold and takes old. The cheese was not melted all the way. I would not ever order here America. Horrible, disgusting cold glue pizza. Yuck. I want my money back.

I got a cheese pizza I think there was more cheese on the cardboard than there was the pizza and the pizza was than the cardboard no sauce. I talked to the person in charge and wouldn't do anything about it so save your time save your money I'm fighting this with my bank.
