Papa John's app sucks. It has half the options that their website has. But the app reflects deals and the website does not always. Stuffed crust pizza in app shows sale price but doesn't give options for pepperoni stuffed or crust flavors. The website gives options for pepperoni stuffed crust but doesn't offer the sale price. Such a cluster. Don't people actively manage their website and app? I ended up paying more on the website to get exactly what I wanted. You guys need to work on that app.

I went to this Papa john's pizza restaurant on Rockville, Md,******* Frederik Rd, the employees not even waring gloves to prepare the Pizza, its a Health Hazzard, disgusting, they are touching their head, touching the computers, and money, without gloves, they go back with the Big Big Nails this woman is wearing to grab the cheese and the Pizza? Why they do this?, we are all getting sick due to all germs these woman has in their nails, and not washing their hands, and touching the broom, the trash can, this is absolutely dangerous. I visited the restaurant today, but i will never coming back, Never, I need to call Maryland Health Department

This establishment does not use gloves. The store manager told me that it doesn't make any difference because the pizza is cooked at a 450° temperature and it kills any germs. This is so unsanitary.

The pizzas we ordered arrived 30 minutes later than the expected time. 1 of the 5 pizzas was missing and the order numbers on the boxes clearly showed there should have been a total of 5. When i called (multiple times) with the phone number associated with the order they did not pick up. I called from a different phone number and they picked up they proceeded to ask me what the order number was, the phone number was at least 5 times during the call eventually agreeing to refund me for the pizza that was not delivered. There was a second pending transaction on my card which I assumed would refund me the price of the pizza but instead they charged me another 0.05 cents... Unsure if they don't know what they are doing or if they are intentionally stealing peoples' food and money... Either way it'll be my last time ordering from Papa John's.

We decided at the last minute to get pizza for dinner and someone said how about Papa John's, so I pulled them up, checked out their menu and placed an order shaqaroni or something like that and their garlicky stuff crust pizza. I will tell you I immediately spit the crust out when I took a bite of the stuff crust, and the shaqaroni pizza was so sweet it was just nasty, So beware people. Save your money, time and go somewhere else.

My order got messed up the first time I came here, and they said they would give me a new pizza on the house the next time I ordered. The next time I came in, one coworker was coughing all over the food toppings. Another was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to prevent me from getting the free voucher which I deserve for having my order incorrect. He then threw the order receipt at me where it flew all the way past me and onto the floor that I had to pick up. Don't come here, worst pizza place I've ever been to.

I was purchasing an order for my daughter's birthday, and wanted to purchase in advance so I could be sure the order would be here on time. However, as I paid for the the transaction, I was told several times that my credit card hadn't gone through although I had received a notification of being charged not once, but twice. The purchase in total was over $200. The costumer service insisted that the transaction had not gone through, and proceeded to speak to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They are Scamming through Deliveroo!
I order pizza occasionally from different places but so far this was my worst experience ever! I have ordered a pizza today through Deliveroo! I have paid £22.76 for a pizza - plus service charge etc. it came to total of £26 Deliveroo has delivered the pizza to me!
To my surprise - The pizza that I have received was a little tiny box with a small pizza in it and a BIG label with a BIG prize of £22.76 on it! Don't get me wrong at the Deliveroo check out there was only the name of the pizza and not even a single word of that the size was small!
Knowing their prizes I was sure that this prize is for a big one! I took it and went straight to Papa Johns Isleworth - their so called manager has said to me that the prize has got nothing to do with them and it's the Deliveroo who charged me £20 for it. The mng. Did not let me speak and just told me that they charge £5 for pizza here and the one responsible for this is Deliveroo! He was rude and definitely have not handled the situation in a professional manner! I have called Deliveroo where they said to me that it's the Papa Johns who are setting the prices on Deliveroo websites and not them! Went back to PapaJohns where when I Went in all staff laughed at me! I felt like a fool! The PapaJohns mng. Said that he is aware of the fact that that Deliveroo is charging so much to PapaJohns customers and smiled rudely and added that they have got nothing to do with it and he will not even try to solve it! Deliveroo has suggested to me that this matter should be dealt through the PapaJohns head office which is what I'm planning to do for sure - however the pizza's they do it's not worth any
Hassle!Thinking of how they treat customers I would think twice before even trying to eat or order a pizza from them! Outrageous!

The Papa John's in Immokalee FL. Took my order by some India chic that you can't hardly understand. Then she kept asking me questions over & over about my order. She asked if my order was complete? I said Yes!
Then she's asking if I wanted other specials over & over. Sooo annoying! Then I get to Papa John's to pick up my pizza and they don't even have Pepsi in the cooler so I get other soda I didn't really want that's only in 2 liter bottles, not smaller ones. So I ask for cups and ice. They don't have either! U ask about the 20 percent off order & I see after the fact the employee only took $1 off order.I asked for salt n pepper, they don't even have that either. I got there right away and pizza is just cool, not hot at all. I didn't take it all the way home I ate it in parking lot in vehicle. Well if Papa John's is heading down the tube this store in particular is helping get the job done! This isn't the first time similar has happened here. I've had a couple other experiences in same store and, and very rude manager who doesnts mind telling customers how it is out loud!
Not coming back to at least this store. Wasn't even given receipt to put up here.
What's goin on Papa?

Papa John's in Laurel Ms. Is the best Papa John's I ever had. The pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The whole team worked together in complete harmony. What a team. The manager Lenora was such a sweet, friendly person. The staff was friendly smiling, and efficient and I loved the whole vibe the restaurant had. I travel two cities over to order from this Papa John's because I know I will get my food fresh, hot, and exactly the way I love it! Kudos to the whole team. You all are A++++

If I would have checked and saw a large stuffed crust pizza was $20.50, I would not have ordered it. Checking the take out menu for another local pizza shop we use. A large 16" cheese pizza is $12.50. Granted it's not stuffed crust, but there is no way there was $10.00 worth of cheese in the crust.
Also disappointing were the Oreo cookie bites, they were tough and chewy. I do like Papa John's pizza, but because of their overcharging what a pizza should cost, we will be going elsewhere.

I called when I arrived asking if they could please bring my pizza out to my car. I was right in front of the restaurant. They told me they don't offer that service and I asked them if they could please just be nice and bring it so I don't have to get my daughter in and out of her car seat. He still said no... When I mentioned it to the lady inside, she said they're not staffed for that... There was a MINIMUM of SEVEN ppl in that store at the moment and not one of them could find 10 seconds to provide an ounce of customer service? Just wow! Will not make the mistake of spending my money here again.

I was 17pt away from $10 off papa dough. (Less than a tip for your driver.) Placed an $88 order. I signed back in and find I am all the way DOWN to 40 points. This is the third time. I never seem to make it to the free dough. WTF? Your expirations are a flat RIP OFF and a lie to people thinking they are going to save money. I'm going back to making my own pizza. They're better and cost less to make. Your drivers and employees get stiffed because your people at the top are greedy. Done w you

From the order taker who can barely speak English to the fact that your order will most definitely be wrong, I've lost all faith in Papa Johns pizza! The food is still half decent, but you will not get what you order! It's pathetic that you can't even get through their phone line to let them know they messed up your order, they just don't care!

I used to order Pizza on Tuesday because it was a good deal. But I did not know why it cut me off starting a few weeks ago after a few times ordering on Tuesday deal. Recent one Tuesday when I placed the order on app, it said something wrong, I thought it was an incident, I gave up. On the following Tuesday, the same matter happened. I finally walked away. My guess was because I only ordered pizza with 50% off on Tuesdays. I am not going to pay the regular price for pizza. I'd rather the pay regular price to eat some healthier food other than pizzas. Bye Bye Papa John's Pizza.

Papa John's freedom drive Charlotte NC, is ghetto! My order was simple 1 medium pizza, wings and a 2 liter Pepsi. Door Dash delivered the food however it was asked where is the Pepsi, the driver states I'm sorry I wasn't allowed inside...still a little confused as to where my soda was, I called management and before I could get out my statement she stated very rudely she could offer me a refund, tf, I'm still confused as to why my Pepsi is not here with this thick $#*! bread pizza and why she's not making preparation for the opposite get to my house other than me coming to get it which defeats the purpose of delivery.when I asked her her name she proudly said.I'm Nicole.as if she just got an award for being trifling of the year, I give they as.
