I was pretty shocked to get home and see how burnt my pizza was. The crust was So dried out. I can't even figure out what is going on with the pepperoni ( zoom into it). I emailed the company for a refund— still waiting on a response.

Pre ordered pizza for pick up at 7. Rihanna told me that it wasn't ready yet at 6:50.20 minutes goes by and Rihanna has done nothing to locate my pizza. In fact she took herself off the register and started making pizzas leaving no one at the register to work the line of people waiting to pick up. Had to wait for the guy cutting the pizzas to help me. He told me that they haven't even started making it even tho it was pre ordered on-line and that I had paid cash in the store 20 minutes earlier. Worst run store ever! Never going to order from this place again!

They want to redeliver and charge you again for delivery. They don't reemburst. Manager is a horrible person at the Hillsboro store.

I stopped by local Papa John's in Columbus In, you know the one there at 25 th st and HWY 31 where all the grown men in there have an inferior complex! I stopped by in between taking orders so I could get a new pizza bag that says door dash on it as I am a door dash driver and mine broke and those pizza bags are also very handy in keeping orders other than pizza warm as well. Well the turd behind the counter gave me all kinds of crap about those bags. He acted like I was asking him to place an order for me personally of 25,000 bags and him pay for it! He told me he could not just let their bags walk out of the store without a pizza in it...DUDE, it a stupid door dash bag! Are you going to give them to Papa Johns drivers and have them deliver pizza in them? I don't think so! Well actually as tight as he had his panties in a bunch he just might! Ok well anyways, I'm sorry 45 year old pizza dude that I wrecked your day by being a door dash driver, coming into a business that has door dash gear, and asking to obtain 1 just 1 measly old unimportant pizza bag! Sorry you took it as personal and got offended by me asking. But now that I know that your door dash bags are owned and operated by Papa Johns Inc I will not ask for anymore. In fact I will return the couple broken ones I have!

Worst pizza on earth. No flavor. If I ate real pizza and farted on a tile it would taste better. Crap.

Our medium pepperoni pizza which was a full 12 inches... really had 3 pepperonis on it, the crust was soft not crispy, not much sauce on it, the wings were cooked ok but they just threw i mean slapped some buffalo sauce on top of the wings. I ordered a salad. I got a mini bowl of wilted lettuce with a table spoon of carrots, cheese,n black olives for $7. I called and talked to the rudest woman on the planet, she said I could have 30% discount and eat this crap again or eat somewhere else. Shack your Pappas John's really sucks since you took over! Never again!

Went to papa johns at 3405 e broadway in pearland, texas today and met some great girls that worked there. Big shout out to Mary, Baylee and Alexia. If you want great service and great food go when these girls are there. Thank you,

Called local number to order pizza to pick up myself. I pretty sure I was talking to someone in another country. By the time I finished ordering, the price had gone up 25 percent from what I was quoted. I got to the store early to insure pizza was still warm. Well it was not warm,it was cold and
Stale. I ask employees if they even had a phone there. They did not, all orders go through another country. Papa Johns used to be good but it has fallen to rock bottom. Stay away from this place

The picture says it all! This was order 5/24 315 Fern ST West Palm Beach, FL *******. I can't believe they has the AUDACITY to send this pizza to my home! NEVER AGAIN!

I went to pick up my pizza and was blocked in by a Papa Johns delivery truck. I ask the truck driver how long was it going to be he said 20 mins.I told the cashier I need to get out and I don't think I should have to pay for my pizza since I have to wait 20 mins before I can leave,I ask for a refund and was granted it and then the Manager name Stefon follow me to my car and said he needed the food back I gladly gave back the food. I guess god was looking out for me on not getting that pizza,because the mgr Stefon was making the pizzas without gloves, the cashier needed his help at the cash register he touches the cash register and goes back to making the pizzas without gloves and without washing his hands after touching the cash register. That is not only nasty but dangerous after the world has experienced Covid19 a global pandemic. Very disappointing customer service and I have been going to this Papa John on Pioneer pkwy in Arlington Tx for years. They just lost a customer not only for them been unprofessional also for been unsanitary.

I have ordered papadilas in the past. They were $1 less but twice the size. Won't happen again! Ugh

First of all, it took two hours past my bedtime for the pizza to come. When we finally got our pizza, it was ALL BURNT UP! I spent like 30 minutes crying because I had nothing to eat, and it was like 9:00 when it came and it was all burnt up. Come on guys, you can do better than that. Terrible pizza. I should've got pizza hut.

I have always loved Papa Johns pizza, but tonight ends it for me, I will not ever buy another Papa Johns, the pizza was so burnt all the way around when I got it home, I almost called and left a rude message but instead I will just never buy it again and tell my family not to either. The entire pizza was totally burnt even the middle. I can barely walk so I was not able to take it back. I gave a great tip and this is what I get. Very disappointed. Very and highly upset. Some people may like it burnt but not me. The Papa John on Rutherford by Publix is very disappointing. When it came out burnt why not discard and do a new one.

Walk by a Papa John's seen a sign saying carry out special 1 topping pizza $11 Pizza was $14 right next to it was a sign $13 3 topping pizza each if you ordered 2. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 topping each they said the sign was for internet only wtf the advertising said nothing about internet and all pizza there is carry out they have no tables. Don't like deceitful advertising won't be getting my business anymore.

I tried to order for delivery on (3/3/*******@11:30pm) the woman who took my order said it would be here in 20-30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and when i tried to call back it went straight to voicemail, so i tried again and it said they were closed. I'm disappointed that she took my order and it was never delivered. I am highly disappointed. This has happened to me before. I'm definitely not going back to this location.

I would not buy another pizza from Papa John they disappoint me when I was really hungry you did not know to call me and let me know they cancel it after they took my money off my credit card

Tried this location a week or so ago for delivery at work and they delivered the wrong pizza. Argued with me when I called to tell them I didn't get what I ordered. About an hour later, without knowing, they delivered another pizza...too late for what I needed it for.
Tried carry out today so I could check it before I left and couldn't get the pizza because I was paying cash and there was no money in the draw for change. I offered to use my card but they couldn't take it because the order had been called in with cash. Manager was not there and employee that was couldn't open the safe to get money. Manager said I should wait, for who knows how long until they got back. Pizza would have been ice cold or had to be remade at that point. Just left without pizza and they were out the product regardless. Now they lost a pizza and a customer.
