I have ordered from Panda Hall several times on my own and with a coworker on her account. I am making key fob chains with charms for a Carnival throw. All of the products ordered have met or exceeded my expectations and the prices are great! Customer service has also done a great job with quick response to my request to change the shipping address after I clicked on the wrong address! And my shipment arrived very quickly and correct! Will definitely order from them again!
I get my wholesale jewelry supplies at PandaHall because they offer quality merchandise for the best price. I am always excited to get a new order because I know it will be top quality and beautiful. I have a large website and a successful jewelry line and PandaHall has helped me get there!
We did several orders with panda hall in the past which did not have a problem so we did not have to contact customer service. This last order was over $2000 and we received dyed rose quartz beads when the listing said natural.
We have been working with beads for over 20 years so I know when things are dyed and I even took the time and showed them the picture experiment where the pink dye came out of the stones because they did not believe me. Even after the picture proof, panda hall denied their mistake and said that the stones were just heated. Pink dye does not come out of heated stones.
I don't know why they are trying to cover it up because they usually just state upfront if something is dyed or not dyed. If I'm paying for natural stones I'm not paying for dye.
If you make a mistake that is fine, just admit it and refund the customer. But after several emails, The customer support still denies it and wants us to ship back the items all the way to China on our own dime. This transaction was a huge hassle and not worth the time.
We will stick with our trusted vendors locally. They cost more but it's worth not dealing with this headache from a company that does not value customers.
Very disappointed in Pandahall customer service.
I order on a regular basis and have never once had a problem with my orders, always get my items fairly quick as You can choose your delivery company everything is well packed so nothing is ever damaged. I'd recommend most definitely to anyone who enquires about where my items come from.
I am glad that I found PandaHall a few years ago. There is a huge range of different lovely items. They always are friendly, I always received all ordered products. I am satisfied with their page, with the beads, with the prices, with the service. I hope to have the possibility to work with them together for a long time. I could spend literally week looking at all the products on this site. I make jewellery and there is nothing else like it. Great service, great products just wish they were in the UK so I could get the stuff quicker.
I buy all of my beads for jewellery making and other craft supplies from PandaHall and I have to say that they get the products to me in a timely fashion, and the products are always of a good quality and the cost of products is very reasonable. I have been ordering from PandaHall for years. I have found they always have excellent customer service and good prices. I also like that you can calculate the shipping cost at the checkout as I find it very tedious dealing with suppliers on AliBaba when you have to keep sending messages to get shipping quotes.

I love purchasing supplies from Pandahall, they almost always have what I need, sometimes they direct to me to the UK site for quicker postage. The shop functions online work seamlessly, the amount of shipping options is very helpful. Love the wish list function and also the function to click an item from my last order and reorder easily.

They sent items I didn't order, and DIDN'T send what I DID order! I keep sending them messages (you cannot call them), but they are ignoring me!
